Paul is a lifesaver! I feel so lucky I found him. His kindness and professionalism quickly got me through a very stressful situation with my lease when my landlord raised a rent tremendously when an old lease was about to expire. Paul negotiated the price down significantly, and I was able to stay and save a place where I conducted business of a retail for the past 10 years. Paul is extremely fair and honest. Now, I trust him not only with leases but with a closing of my new condo in Brooklyn. Thank you, Paul.

The customer reviews for Bolonik Law Group present a mixed picture of client experiences. One client shares a highly positive experience with an attorney named Paul, describing him as a "lifesaver" who demonstrated kindness and professionalism in successfully negotiating a significant rent reduction for a commercial lease. This client expresses trust in Paul not only for lease matters but also for a new condo closing, highlighting his fairness and honesty.
In contrast, another review details a negative interaction with a staff member named Crystal Gallien during an initial inquiry about a potential case. The reviewer alleges unprofessional behavior, including a demand for a $400 fee for an extension request without providing information about the overall retainer or hourly rates, followed by the staff member reportedly screaming and hanging up on the potential client. The reviewer's account raises serious concerns about the firm's initial client communication and customer service in this instance.
The owner's response to the negative review disputes the reviewer's claim of being a client and suggests a lack of interaction. However, the reviewer refutes this, stating they were a prospective client seeking to hire a lawyer and provides an email exchange as evidence of contact with Crystal Gallien. This discrepancy in accounts makes it challenging to definitively assess the firm's overall client service based solely on these two contrasting reviews.
From a promotional standpoint, the positive review regarding Paul's assistance with lease negotiation and the upcoming condo closing serves as a positive testimonial, highlighting successful outcomes and client trust in real estate matters. This suggests a potential strength of the firm in these areas of law. However, the serious allegations of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from another potential client need to be acknowledged and considered.
For local users in Brooklyn, NY, searching for "Lawyers Near Me," Bolonik Law Group, located on Ocean Avenue, offers a geographically convenient option. The positive feedback regarding real estate matters might be particularly relevant for individuals and businesses with related legal needs. However, the negative review concerning initial client communication should prompt potential clients to approach the firm with caution and to ensure clear and transparent communication regarding fees and the scope of services from the outset.
Given the conflicting feedback, it is crucial for potential clients to conduct their own due diligence. This may involve contacting the firm directly to discuss their specific legal needs, inquire about the attorneys' experience and expertise in the relevant area of law, and clearly understand the fee structure and billing practices. It might also be beneficial to seek additional reviews or references if available.
In conclusion, Bolonik Law Group, located on Ocean Avenue in Brooklyn, NY, appears to handle real estate law matters, with positive feedback regarding lease negotiations and real estate closings attributed to an attorney named Paul. However, a concerning negative review highlights issues with initial client communication from a staff member. For individuals in the Brooklyn area seeking legal assistance, particularly in real estate, Bolonik Law Group is a local option. However, potential clients should be mindful of the mixed feedback and ensure clear communication and a comfortable professional relationship before engaging their services. Contacting the firm at (646) 504-0593 or +1 646-504-0593 for a direct consultation and thorough discussion of their needs and the firm's practices is recommended.

Aug 29, 2018 · Denys KorolI have a case that I am seeking a lawyer for. Crystal Gallien of Bolonik Law Group reached out to me. I went over the details of the case. She said she needed to charge me $400 to request an extension date and was not able to tell me any other potential costs or retainer. She called me back today 8/13/20. I asked "what will the retainer be?". She says she doesn't know till they research the case. I asked "then whats your hourly rate?" She did not want to say, then says it could be $395 or more or less but she does not know. I say "It sounds like you want me to make a commitment without any idea of cost, can I speak directly with the attorney so that I can tell him the facts and that he can tell me the retainer and hourly cost. She started SCREAMING at me saying that she knows how its done and that I don't know what I'm talking about then SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME!!! So I emailed her and said "So I guess I need to do a PUBLIC review of how rude and disrespectful you were to me just now and that this is what Bolonik law group represents." And when she had a chance to redeem herself from the disrespect she had demonstrated she said " Yes, Please feel free to post your feedback on our service" So here you go! and its the absolute raw truth! Dont go here to be disrespected unless she no longer works there!!! To RESPOND TO THE RESPONSE TYPED BY OWNER: I NEVER said I was a client I said I was looking to hire a lawyer which is why I was asking Crystal questions about retainer and hourly rates. I have no reason to make false accusations about ANYONE see attached photo of email between Crystal and I. So do not say there was no interaction like I just woke up looking to make false accusations. I see that you are condoning her behavior instead of reaching out to call and clean up what she did or saying " I'm sorry my employee was stressed or something. but to turn it around. WOW ! glad we are not doing business together!
