I was riding my bike to work one Friday morning last summer. After waiting in the assumed bike lane, the light turned green and the three cars in front of me started moving and I soon followed. Less than 30 feet later as I rode past an Albertson's supermarket on Hilhurst, a woman, who had been sitting in her parked car unbeknownst to me, without checking just went and opened her door to get out. In the split second I had to react figuring there might be a car or 3 behind me I decided to stay the course and not swerve into the car lane. The two weeks which followed were hell...I was told my left shoulder and left rib cage were badly bruised. Getting up; i moaned. Sitting down; I moaned. Walking; I moaned. Turning; I moaned. One night I came out of my shower and putting my hand to my mouth I let out my first sneeze since the accident, it hurt so much I had to call in sick the next day. I hadn't planned on getting an attorney; however, I was concerned in those days after I was "doored" that i would have a slow recovery. My other thought was that it could have all been avoided if the driver had simply taken a quick glance. I was actually being treated like an equal partner in my healthcare which is seldom the case with my regular healthcare providers. Everyone I met in the course of this case--Just Solution Staff, healthcare staff, even the receptionists at the medical offices and imaging center (which took more complete and thorough X-rays of my injuries than my own hospital and doctors)--were all fantastic, professional and to be honest I would say the overall approach I encountered when working with all of them contributed to my recovery. The only thing I can say is that one hears quite often the negative things that are said about lawyers and the legal profession. My experience with the Just Solution Law Group was the complete opposite of that. It is rare that I experience service so good that it goes beyond all of my expectations. I was involved in two car accidents within 4 months of each other about a year and a half ago. I was just focused on recovering when I was referred to Just Solutions Law Group and decided I probably seek at least a consultation. The entire case took about a year but they followed up frequently making sure I knew they still were fighting for me and in the end they were able to get me compensation more than I expected and even went as far as to help me out a little more by rounding up my settlement and helping me out with fees. Overall I was very satisfied with Yuni and Martin and happy with the outcome.
