They mention success in obtaining "not guilty" verdicts in complex cases and being featured speakers on drug offenses.

However, it is also important for prospective clients to consider all available information, including client reviews. Some public feedback for Wyatt Underwood Trial Lawyers indicates a mixed experience. While some clients have expressed high satisfaction, particularly with handling traffic tickets, praising the firm's swift action and favorable prices, other reviews raise significant concerns. These negative comments describe a perception that the attorney did not sufficiently engage with the client's case or put in full effort, with one client stating that the attorney "doesn’t even take the time to know you" and "just says 'that’s the best I can get you' without even trying." This range of feedback suggests that while the firm may excel in certain areas or for specific client needs, communication and perceived dedication might vary for others. As with any legal service provider, it is vital to perform thorough due diligence.

Promotions or Special Offers

Based on publicly available information, Wyatt Underwood Trial Lawyers does not explicitly advertise specific promotions or special offers in the form of discounted services or limited-time deals. This approach is common within the legal profession, where the value of services is typically based on the attorney's expertise, the complexity of the case, and the time and resources required for effective representation. Legal fees are usually determined after an initial consultation and a thorough assessment of the client's specific legal situation.

However, many law firms, including those in Texas, often provide an initial consultation to prospective clients. This allows individuals to discuss their legal matter, understand potential strategies, and inquire about the firm's fee structure without an upfront commitment. During such a consultation, you would have the opportunity to ask specific questions regarding costs, payment plans, and how the firm charges for its services. It is always recommended for anyone seeking legal assistance to directly contact Wyatt Underwood Trial Lawyers to inquire about their consultation process and fee arrangements. While there may not be "promotions" in the traditional sense, understanding the cost structure is a critical part of the decision-making process for any legal service.

I’ve used Wyatt underwood for all of my tickets and such, they are swift and the prices are great for what you get, 100/100 even recommended it to my husband which was also taken care of, no need to do nothing after that call!

I paid to have them represent my case. I called them several times to check on the status of my traffic citation. I kept getting told to not worry and that they would “contact” me after a decision was made. I finally got something in the mail and I called again and they told me not to worry and that I didn’t need to show up to court and they would on my behalf. Long story short, I had to physically go to the police station and request my driving record and luckily found out I had court the next day! They ever called, emailed or sent anything. I called them again and they told me to take a defensive driving course and show in court. Not telling me that it wasn’t something that could be completed in a day. I paid for the driving course just to find out I couldn’t take it because I needed to send in an authorized or verify my identity which would take days. I went to court today just to find out that the driving course wouldn’t of been accepted either way because apparently that was decided at the last court date I was told not to attend and they never mentioned to me. Don’t wasn’t your time or money! If I had known I would of just paid the 400 dollars a year ago. The process was redundant and unprofessional.

I have used this firm for all my court related issues. Once the ball was in their court Justine and Daniel got the job done. They kept me updated and showed the prosecution the truth of the situation. On the flip side Elena Grasheim was great when dealing with my civil issues. She doesn't talk much, but dont let that fool you into thinking she hasn't prepared. She came in and shopped up the opposition with hard facts.

I have been ignored for a month straight. Everytime my appointment time would be near I’d call and get a disconnected sound. I finally made my appointment today.. called and “checked in” and was told THEY WOULD CALL AT my appointment time. I’m sitting here anxiously waiting for the call.. come 30 minutes past the appointment I call and ask if everything was okay? They claimed I’m late to my call but I had checked in earlier with them. I told them no ma’am. I have been waiting like they said I should for them to call for my appointment. I was on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called again and said hey, this is — and I’m waiting for my appointment, they said “OH YEAH!” And sent me over to a lady who was asking questions finally. She then told me she’d call back 30 minutes later with MR. UNDERWOOD but I have yet to hear a call back. This was around 1pm it is now 3pm and I’m still waiting. Horrible customer service as I’ve been forgotten and placed on hold due to ME being late when that was not the case at all. I had checked in and made sure we were still good for this appointment ALL DAY just for them to disregard me. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS AS THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR DEFENDANTS.
