I was on a worksite in Palo Alto when I fell into a hole which was covered by a piece of scrap plywood. I spent the next 4 days in Stanford Hospital where I was treated for my injuries. About 3 months later I was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. That was when my Workman's Comp attorney recomended I should talk to Jeff Smith. I was most fortunate to have the Abramson Smith Waldsmith, LLPLaw firm in San Francisco handle a serious personal injury case for me a couple of years ago. I sought the firm out on the recommendation of a prominent San Francisco Lawyer that I had worked with (practicing in another legal field). The reason for my consulting with a personal injury firm was that had suffered a very difficult fall while walking down a San Francisco street… it happened on a non-compliant sidewalk and unfortunately led to my right ankle being crushed.
