I was discriminated against by my employer and found myself in need of a quality employment attorney. Alan Lescht & Associates was recommended to me so I called. Alan Lescht is the managing partner and is a quality individual. He’s an honest guy and I strongly recommend his firm. Ms. Nekeisha Campbell joined my case after it began however, you would not know it by her performance. She took the time to study the case facts and within a month or so she knew them as well as I did. Throughout the lengthy process, Ms. Campbell was very aggressive and proactive and always fought to move my interests forward. She knew the process, law and her depth of knowledge on employment issues was astounding. Her broad range of experience really shined when dealing with my employer during every aspect of the process. She was very responsive, explained the process, timelines, policies, procedures, caselaw etc. so I always knew the best path forward. She’s an experienced litigator and will fight aggressively to ensure your legal issues are resolved in an appropriate manner. I strongly recommend Alan Lescht & Associates and more specifically, Ms. Campbell as she’s the best attorney I’ve ever worked with. In addition to being an outstanding attorney, she’s a quality person who cares about her clients and puts their interests first. I’m grateful that Ms. Campbell represented me and if you need a quality, professional, skilled, experienced litigator for employment issues, call Alan Lescht & Associates and ask for Ms. Campbell.

This a great firm and it started with them being the only firm that would take my case. I am a 68 year old, who was discriminated against for my age by the Government agency I had worked for for more than 37 years. Alan took my call, did a consult, saw my case for what it was, and took my case. Katherine Lease was my assigned attorney and she was awesome. Katherine is extremely intelligent, dedicated and articulate. From beginning to end, she always kept me well informed and never tried to B.S. me. The agency I had worked for thought they had their bases covered, but Katherine; through her research and well articulated arguments made them realize they were wrong. If you need a really good labor attorney firm, Alan Lescht and Associates, PC is the place to go.

I contacted Alan Lescht after experiencing sexual harassment and retaliation at work. The firm promptly took my call and set up a consultation with one of their partners - Ari Wilkenfeld. From the start, I felt comfortable sharing my experience and received excellent legal advice and moral support throughout the entire ordeal. I really appreciated that Ari was able to keep up with rapidly changing situation - he quickly responded to me and set up calls to discuss the best path forward with very little notice. He was also conscientious of the fact that I do not have a bottomless wallet, did his best to keep costs affordable for me, and honestly laid out potential financial obligations that would arise from the various legal paths open to me. This made it much easier for me to accurately analyze my options and the risks that came with them. My legal cases dragged on for the better part of 7 months but I always felt supported and like a priority for Ari. Even when it looked like we were going to have to change our definition of "winning," Ari let me take the lead in the decision as to what that win would look like. In the end we won both of my cases and - importantly to me - I retained the ability to speak about my experience. I hope to never have an experience again that requires an employment attorney but if I do, I'll contact Alan Lescht and Ari Wilkenfeld again.

I am current client of Alan Lescht and Associates being represented by Mr. Alan Lescht himself. As a disabled veteran with over twenty-five (25) years of government service I found myself in a very complex and high profile employment crisis in which I was terminated from my government employment. Prior to retaining Alan Lescht and Associates, I unsuccessfully worked with a high profile law firm in Washington, DC and after racking up an enormous amount of attorney fees with this firm, they did not achieve my desired results. Thus, I found myself in a tough spot desperately needing an honest attorney who cared as much about me, my case and my family as they did about the money. During my initial consult with Alan, he expressed great concern of my situation and vowed to aggressively represent me and attain the results I desired. Alan and his team thoroughly reviewed my case and put together an extremely strong defense. Knowing that things were financially tight for me and my family during this time, Alan did everything in his power to keep down the costs. The amount of professionalism and hard work that was invested in my case shows that Alan Lescht is more than just a super attorney. He is a very caring person who genuinely cares for the well-being of his clients other than just-for-profit. Throughout the process, Alan and his team kept me informed and abreast of all developments, reassuring me that we had a very strong case, which helped me to withstand during these tough and challenging times. Although when you first meet Alan he appears to have a very calm demeanor, I was extremely impressed by his performance during a mediation session where he commanded the room by not backing down or settling for less than my desired outcome. I was truly in awe of his talent, natural skills and unwavering position. My case is in the final stage of settlement and my family and I are very grateful to Alan Lescht and Associates as they carried and guided me through the most difficult challenge of my career, which not only affected me but my family. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and I strongly recommend Alan Lescht and Associates to anyone who are experiencing employment difficulties that are looking for a strong, dependable and trustworthy attorney. Lastly…it is truly evident why Alan Lescht has earned the prestigious title of “Super Attorney.” He really is an amazing attorney!!
