Allison Tyler Law is situated at 985 Pico Point, Colorado Springs, CO 80905, USA. The office location is within the Santa Fe Building, and directions indicate it's easily accessible from South 8th Street. While detailed specifics of the office environment are not provided, the consistent emphasis from clients on Allison Tyler's professionalism, patience, and empathetic approach suggests a supportive and respectful atmosphere within the firm. The firm’s dedication to thoroughly reviewing even "the oldest medical records" to build the strongest possible case implies an organized and detail-oriented workspace, geared towards meticulous case preparation.
The core services offered by Allison Tyler Law are centered around Social Security Disability. This includes assisting clients with initial applications for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI), as well as navigating the often-necessary appeals process when claims are initially denied. Social Security denies many valid claims, even with attorney involvement, making the appeals process critical. Allison Tyler’s expertise lies in helping clients gather and present the necessary medical evidence, which is paramount in disability cases. This includes diligently reviewing extensive medical records and working with clients to ensure they are well-prepared for hearings. She can identify and obtain the medical evidence needed to maximize retroactive payments and can expedite the filing of requests for hearings.
A significant feature of Allison Tyler Law is the firm's commitment to thoroughness and client preparation. Clients praise Allison Tyler for being "extremely professional," "organized, timely, patient, respectful and empathetic." One review highlights her diligence in reviewing "even the oldest medical records to build the best case possible" and working with clients "as long as we needed so that we felt well prepared for the hearing." This meticulous preparation is crucial given the rigorous requirements and extensive documentation needed for successful disability claims. Her approach aims to reduce the burden and frustration clients often experience when dealing with the Social Security Administration.
However, it is important to note that client experiences can vary. While many clients express immense satisfaction, one review highlights a contrasting perspective. This individual felt that Allison Tyler's comment regarding "getting tired doesn't mean you're disabled" was dismissive, despite the client's wife having significant medical restrictions and handicap tags. This particular feedback underscores the importance of clear and empathetic communication, particularly when discussing sensitive health issues, and how initial interactions can shape a client's perception of care and understanding. It suggests that while the firm aims for a high level of professionalism and thoroughness, individual communication styles may not always align with every client's expectations, particularly in highly emotional and personal disability cases.
Despite this one critical comment, the overall sentiment from numerous testimonials strongly supports Allison Tyler's effectiveness and dedication. Past clients frequently recommend her, emphasizing her hard work, analytical skills, integrity, and deep knowledge of disability claims. She has been described as "the very best in Colorado" for disability claims and is known for treating clients with "respect and dignity." The firm is highly recommended by court officers, which speaks to her professional standing and reputation within the legal community.
Promotional information, consistent with the positive reviews, highlights several key benefits of working with Allison Tyler Law. The firm offers free consultations, allowing individuals to discuss their situation without financial obligation and understand the complexities of their disability claim. A critical aspect of their service model is the "no fee unless you win" policy for Social Security cases, meaning attorney fees are a percentage of any awarded back pay, significantly reducing the financial risk for clients. This arrangement makes quality legal representation accessible to those who may be struggling financially due to their inability to work. The firm emphasizes its long-standing presence, having served disability needs for over 20 years in the Front Range, including Colorado Springs and Denver, and they maintain offices in both locations.
For local users searching for "Lawyers Near Me" to assist with Social Security Disability, Allison Tyler Law stands as a highly competent and generally well-regarded choice in Colorado Springs. Dec 02, 2024 · Patricia Davis-MooreEdit: to be clear, there was no issue with her not being able to represent us. The issue was her comment, so we did not continue with her. Being dismissive like that tells me she doesn't care about us. We felt she wasn't the right person. I contacted her about disability for my wife, we had some issues when applying. She called back and did a great job explaining the laws and criteria, but one thing that didn't sit right was when explaining to her my wife's issues, she said something along the lines of "getting tired doesn't mean you're disabled" when I talked about her fatigue and pain issues. She's medically disabled, restricted from work, has medical restrictions for multi stories residents, and has full handicap tags for the cars. I'm not sure what else she expected, but her dismissal of us on the initial and only phone conversation was just too much. I would not recommend her

May 27, 2024 · Justine ArmesThe process is long and arduous so get someone you can trust to represent you. I am not Allison's only client but she makes me feel like it. She is very knowledgeable and easy to contact by phone, email or text. Everything she has told me has turned out to be 100% accurate. I can not overstate how helpful Allison has been. She has been a beacon of hope in an otherwise hopeless process. I have not regretted having her as my representative and feel extremely thankful she was my choice.
