Given that this was a huge commitment on a 5 year lease, we wanted the peace of mind of knowing what we were getting into even if the landlord didn’t agree to change the terms. Brandon was realistic in expectations and explained what could and could not be done. We felt comfortable as it was clear he scrutinized every detail in the LOI and lease and at the very least nothing would be snuck past us. We not only had the insanely complicated contract explained to us in plain English, the landlord actually agreed to make significant changes to the buildout process which saved us way more than what we paid in legal fees!
