I had been disabled for years but had been reluctant to apply for disability benefits because my condition is not easy to classify. The SSA had rejected my first claim, then informed me they had failed to obtain key medical records. I knew I would need help navigating the legal system. Dr. Kline was personally recommended to me and after meeting with him, I had no doubt he was highly competent and genuinely concerned. His practice is just him- my case was never delegated to a colleague. After requesting a hearing with an Administrative Law Judge, the SSA had mistakenly discarded my claim. Fortunately, Dr. Kline caught the error and we were able to quickly set a hearing date. My condition was essentially classified the day of the hearing by the SSA's physician medical expert. Seemingly to the annoyance of the judge, Dr. Kline's detail-oriented approach helped ensure a solid case. I immediately won full benefits. Not really surprised about that at all.
Welcome to Lawyers Near Me, your trusted platform for finding experienced legal professionals in your community. Today, we focus on Andrew E. Kline, Attorney At Law, located at 400 S 4th St #1025, Minneapolis, MN 55415, USA. If you are a local user in Minneapolis seeking legal assistance, understanding the experiences of past clients can be invaluable in making an informed decision. Andrew E. Kline operates as a solo practitioner, which means clients typically work directly with him throughout their legal process.
One client shared a detailed account of their experience seeking disability benefits. This individual had been disabled for several years but faced challenges in classifying their condition, leading to an initial rejection by the Social Security Administration (SSA). They highlighted the added difficulty of the SSA failing to obtain crucial medical records. Recognizing the complexity of navigating the legal system in such situations, this client sought the assistance of Andrew E. Kline based on a personal recommendation. Upon meeting him, they felt confident in his competence and genuine concern for their case. A significant aspect of Dr. Kline’s practice noted by this client was that their case was handled personally by him and was never delegated to another attorney within the firm.
The review further details the challenges encountered during the process, including the SSA mistakenly discarding the client's claim after a hearing was requested with an Administrative Law Judge. Fortunately, Dr. Kline identified this error, enabling them to promptly reschedule the hearing. The client emphasized Dr. Kline's "detail-oriented approach," which they believed was instrumental in building a solid case. During the hearing, the SSA's physician medical expert essentially classified the client's condition, and the client was immediately granted full benefits. The reviewer expressed little surprise at this outcome, attributing it to the thorough preparation and attention to detail provided by Andrew E. Kline.
This positive testimonial underscores several potential strengths of Andrew E. Kline's practice. Firstly, his direct involvement as a solo practitioner suggests a personalized approach to each case, ensuring that clients benefit from his direct expertise and attention. Secondly, his ability to navigate the complexities of the SSA system, including identifying and rectifying administrative errors, points to a strong understanding of the processes involved. Lastly, the client's emphasis on his detail-oriented approach suggests a meticulous preparation of cases, which can be crucial in achieving favorable outcomes, particularly in cases requiring a strong factual and medical foundation, such as disability claims.
However, it is important to present a balanced view based on all available feedback. Another review presents a starkly contrasting experience. In this account, the reviewer alleges receiving a personal phone call from Andrew Kline during which "heavy allegations" unrelated to the reviewer were made. The reviewer expressed concern about how their personal information was obtained and requested its deletion from Mr. Kline's files. This individual described the interaction as harassment and expressed feelings of unsafety, raising serious concerns about the professional conduct described.
This negative review highlights potential issues related to communication and the handling of personal information. While it is a single negative account among at least one positive one, it is crucial for prospective clients to be aware of all feedback when considering legal representation. The discrepancy between the two reviews suggests that individual experiences with Andrew E. Kline, Attorney At Law, can vary significantly.
Considering these contrasting perspectives, local users seeking a lawyer through Lawyers Near Me should weigh the reported strengths in handling disability claims with the serious concerns raised in the other review. The positive review emphasizes competence, personal attention, and a detail-oriented approach that led to a successful outcome in a complex SSA case. The negative review, on the other hand, raises questions about professional conduct and data handling.

Jul 26, 2016 · LauraAndrew Kline called my personal number while I was letting out my 7th period Sophomore World History Class. He asked me my name and address and preceded to dump HEAVY allegations that had nothing to do with me at all. I asked how he found my personal information and to delete any information he had about me in his files. If I ever hear from this rude and repugnant lawyer again, I am calling the police immediately. Citizens do not need to be harassed like this buy bloodthirsty attorneys. All of a sudden I do not feel so safe. If all it takes is a little money to have access to search engines with information that is clearly overwhelming and being used recklessly, then our society needs to re-evaluate its values before bloodsuckers like Andrew Kline have access to everyone's personal information.
