I had heard horrible things about Anne Marie Schubert, but I had to try for myself. At $500,000+ in donations to buy her favor, the cost is entirely too high for the average person to afford, but if you can cover the cost of admission, she is the best friend that law enforcement can buy. She is also very exclusive, as she is often secreted away in her office, behind tax payer funded fencing. But if you're a friend of Schubert, she's a friend of yours! Sheriff Scott Jones, whose PAC seems to have a permanent seat at Schubert's wasn't charged after the state auditor suggested that he should be. I'd say you can't put a price on that kind of service, but... well... Schubert can. And if you're a couple of cops that are recorded talking about running over a man holding a four inch knife, miss, try again, and then shoot him 14 times, Schubert's is for you, because there's never any charge! Or justice! So if you're looking for a corrupt DA that will take all your money and always look the other way, Anne Marie Schubert is the complete package. Everyone else should try Phillips.

D.A. Anne Marie Schubert has consistently demonstrated excellent jurisprudence by focusing on pursing solid cases that don't waste taxpayer money and jurors' time. Every law abiding citizen needs a reasonable and experienced district attorney that doesn't cower to those that want to disrupt and threaten law abiding citizens/law enforcement, and, profit from it. Detractors seem to be those that chronically fail to follow the law and lawful directions, and, feel they and other law breakers shouldn't be accountable for their own actions at the expense of law-enforcement and law-abiding citizens.

She sucks really bad. All she looks for is a conviction and not the circumstances. Now that she isn't charging the officers for Stephon Clark's murder but trumps up charges on every citizen who goes thru Sacramento's corrupt justice system goes to show you how they play their game. People of the U.S. need to unite against the government. They aren't here for us at all.

Absolutely atrocious DA with a reputation of egregious judgement. Does not care about compassion, facts, or what would actually assist an individual in the long run. Cares only for herself, her image, and damaging the lives of as many as she can. Lord forbid if you aren’t a Het-Cis Caucasian man. She will ALWAYS side with Police and will NEVER genuinely support her community. Horrible!!
