Christine Bailey and her staff faultlessly handled my accident case. I know I was not her most profitable and highest profile client, but she treated me as if I were her ONLY client. That is an art! Thank you Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP

With contact numbers (215) 230-7500 and +1 215-230-7500, they are accessible to the local community.
When choosing a legal firm, understanding the environment, the services offered, and the experiences of past clients is crucial. Based on the available reviews, the client experience at Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP appears to be varied. One client, who worked with Christine Bailey on an accident case, reported a highly positive experience. This client praised Christine Bailey and her staff for handling their case faultlessly, emphasizing the personal attention received. They felt treated as the only client, highlighting the firm's ability to provide individualized care even for cases that might not be the most profitable or high profile. This positive feedback suggests a client-centric approach within certain areas of the firm's practice.
However, another review presents a significantly different perspective. This client's experience involved a custody battle initially handled by Jessica Pritchard, who then referred the case to Liz. The client expressed dissatisfaction with Liz, stating that they were led to believe there was little hope of achieving their desired outcome. Subsequently, the client engaged Melanie for an adoption process that commenced in August. By the end of October, the client reported that no substantive work had been done beyond initial paperwork and clearances. This individual expressed disappointment and frustration, noting that upon switching to a new lawyer, significant progress was made in a short period. The review further suggests that the lack of progress may have been due to the lawyer's personal issues affecting their performance, and the client felt that they were misled and had valuable time wasted. This negative experience raises concerns about the consistency of service and case management within the firm.
The services explicitly mentioned in the reviews include handling accident cases, custody battles, and adoption processes. The positive review indicates competence and dedicated service in personal injury cases, at least under the guidance of Christine Bailey. The negative review, however, casts doubt on the firm's efficiency and effectiveness in family law matters, specifically custody and adoption, depending on the attorney assigned. It is important to note that these are individual experiences and may not reflect the entirety of the firm's capabilities across all practice areas.
In terms of features, the positive review highlights the personalized attention provided by Christine Bailey and her staff, suggesting a client-focused approach where individuals feel valued regardless of the size or profile of their case. This level of dedication can be a significant feature for clients seeking reassurance and consistent communication throughout their legal proceedings. On the other hand, the negative review points to potential inconsistencies in case handling and communication, raising concerns about the firm's internal processes and oversight. The referral of the custody case from one attorney to another within the firm also suggests a potential for variability in approach and client management.
Considering the conflicting nature of the reviews, it is challenging to definitively state the consistent features of Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP. While one client experienced faultless service and personalized attention, another reported significant delays and a lack of progress. This discrepancy suggests that the quality of service might be dependent on the specific attorney or the area of law involved. Potential clients should be aware of these differing experiences when considering this firm.
Currently, there is no specific promotional information available in the provided data. The reviews primarily focus on the clients' direct experiences with the legal services they received. Therefore, it is not possible to comment on any special offers or marketing strategies the firm might employ.
For local users in Doylestown seeking legal assistance, Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP is located conveniently on West State Street. They can be reached by phone to inquire about their services in more detail. However, the contrasting client experiences shared in the reviews suggest that potential clients may want to conduct further research or seek specific information about the attorney who would be handling their case to ensure a good fit and a positive outcome. It might be beneficial to inquire about the specific attorney's experience in the relevant area of law and their approach to client communication and case management.
In conclusion, Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP offers legal services in Doylestown, PA, including handling accident cases, custody battles, and adoption processes. While one client reported exceptional, personalized service in an accident case, another client experienced significant delays and dissatisfaction in family law matters. This divergence in client experiences highlights the importance of thorough consideration and potentially further inquiry for local users considering this firm for their legal needs. The environment and features appear to vary depending on the specific attorney and the nature of the case. Without additional information or promotional content, potential clients should rely on these firsthand accounts and their own due diligence to make an informed decision.

Oct 07, 2024 · Dorothy BurdumiUnfortunately using this firm set me back years. I used Jessica Pritchard originally for my Custody battle and she pawned me off on Liz, who was basically telling me I will never have hope with getting what I want. I ended up switching to Melanie, for an adoption process that we started in August. Turns out that come end of October, not one thing was done. I was disgusted to learn that no work was ever done except for the initial paperwork and clearances and immediately upon hiring a new lawyer everything was filed immediately and things are well underway. The lawyer should be reported to the ethics board as she should’ve taken time away from her job as she was dealing with personal issues that completely affected her performance. But instead I was lead on for months and had precious time wasted. When another firm already has done so much more for us in less than a month. Do not waste your time with this firm.
Dec 14, 2023 · Sarah O'HanlonWe hired Denise Bowman to help us with matters relating to a construction project at our home. During our work together, Denise was elected to be a Judge at Bucks County Court of Common Pleas and unfortunately could no longer represent us. We were concerned to lose her as she was terrific and represented us well. Turns out, our concerns were unwarranted. Gabe Montemuro stepped in to replace her and quickly got up to speed on our matters. He was very professional, thorough and responsive to all questions, and was just a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Gabe and the firm of Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP.
Feb 28, 2021 · Rhonda HeffernWe hired Gabe Montemuro to assist us reviewing our wedding venue contract once the pandemic started as the venue did not want to work with us to postpone/reschedule. Gabe was able to explain to us all of our options and after our discussions, his advice and guidance allowed us to negotiate the rescheduling of our wedding! Thanks Gabe!
Feb 17, 2021 · Steve BorrielloThis firm is disgusting. They will sell you a dream and make every excuse when they do not produce, blame everyone else but still want insane fees. Terrible in the court room. Great at finding ways to run up fees. Their billing practices should be illegal!!! Do not hire!!! They will not have your back they only want your wallet. They will also completely dismiss you when you start questioning billing. Be sure to check reviews everywhere before you think about the mistake of hiring them. If I could give 0 stars I would.
