My personal experience with Brad Crider is less than zero. I found him to be incredibly dishonest. But he was able to look me square in the eyes and be less than truthful. The rules of family law are confusing, but some are pretty clear. You disclose everything. So when one party is allowed to lie under oath, not disclose bank accounts, credit cards and move large amounts of money to an account that was never acknowledged, you know something bigger is at play. You pay your attorney and they represent you. They dig through mountains of documents and find the discrepancies and fight for you. I dug through mountains of documents and found the discrepancies and handed them to Brad. I did the work I paid him to do. It seemed like Brad helped my ex husband more than he helped the person that hired him and paid him and was unapologetic for his shortcomings. I asked Brad multiple times for this judge to recuse himself from my case for obvious bias and I was told it couldn’t be done. He told me he had a little exchange with this Judge during another case and he got in good with him. I specifically told him, trust me, I met this Judge before and it won’t matter how good you think you got. He didn’t care for me, but really took a liking to my ex. But my ex needed this very specific Judge and Brad pulled through. The things you learn along the way are bittersweet. There are great attorneys and extremely honorable Judges in this country. Sadly, in Arizona there seems to be a deficit and the Rules of Family Law did NOT apply with Judge Patrick Gard. He cherry picks the actual law depending on who’s in front of him and some attorneys are perfectly ok with that. All facts.

Attorney Brad Crider Introduce

Welcome to Lawyers Near Me, your platform for finding legal representation in your local area. Today, we present information regarding Attorney Brad Crider, located at 3850 E Baseline Rd #111, Mesa, AZ 85206, USA. It is crucial for users of our platform to have access to objective information to make informed decisions when choosing legal counsel. The following introduction is based solely on the publicly available client reviews provided and aims to present an accurate portrayal of the experiences shared online.

Choosing the right attorney is a significant decision, especially in sensitive areas of law like family law and divorce. The reviews for Attorney Brad Crider paint a concerning picture regarding client experiences. Potential clients are strongly advised to carefully consider the issues raised in these reviews before deciding to engage his services.

Location and Environment:

Attorney Brad Crider's office is located in Mesa, Arizona, on East Baseline Road. While the physical environment of the office is not detailed in the reviews, the content of the feedback raises more pertinent concerns about the professional conduct and service provided.

Services Offered (Based on Reviews):

Based on the client reviews, Attorney Brad Crider appears to offer services in the area of family law, specifically:

  • Divorce: Representing clients in divorce proceedings. However, one review details a divorce case that allegedly took an excessively long time and involved unnecessary extensions.
  • Family Law: Handling general family law cases, including issues related to disclosure of financial information and potential bias in court proceedings, as indicated in one highly critical review.

It is important to note that the limited scope of the positive feedback (there is none in the provided reviews) makes it challenging to objectively outline the full spectrum of services offered or the typical client experience. The available reviews focus heavily on negative experiences.

Features and Approach (Based on Reviews):

The features and approach described in the client reviews are overwhelmingly negative and raise significant concerns:

  • Allegations of Dishonesty: One client explicitly states they found Attorney Brad Crider to be "incredibly dishonest" and alleges he was untruthful while looking them in the eye. This is a severe accusation that potential clients should take very seriously.
  • Failure to Ensure Disclosure: The same review alleges that Attorney Crider did not adequately address the opposing party's failure to disclose financial information, a critical aspect of family law cases. The client claims to have done the work of finding discrepancies themselves and providing them to the attorney.
  • Perceived Favoritism Towards the Opposing Party: A deeply concerning allegation is that Attorney Crider seemed to help the client's ex-husband more than the client who hired and paid him. This suggests a potential breach of fiduciary duty.
  • Lack of Advocacy for the Client: The client felt that Attorney Crider did not fight for them and was "unapologetic for his shortcomings."
  • Failure to Address Judicial Bias Concerns: The client claims to have repeatedly asked Attorney Crider to seek the recusal of a judge due to "obvious bias" but was allegedly told it couldn't be done. The client further alleges that Attorney Crider mentioned having a prior positive interaction with the judge, which the client believed influenced his inaction.
  • Excessive Case Duration: One review states that a divorce case took seven months when it "should have taken 2 at most," indicating potential inefficiency or delays.
  • Lack of Communication and Alleged Misleading Information: The same reviewer states being "not communicated with and lied to" and that unnecessary extensions were filed due to the attorney's inaction. Communication issues are a significant concern for clients needing regular updates on their legal matters.
  • Inaction Despite Intervention: The client claims their sister had to intervene due to the lack of communication, yet the attorney allegedly "still did very little if anything at all."
  • Billing and Refund Issues: A significant issue raised is the failure to receive an invoice or the return of unused retainer fees months after the divorce was finalized, despite multiple attempts to contact the attorney. This points to potential problems with the firm's financial practices and communication regarding billing.
  • "Standard Practice" Concerns: The reviewer who experienced billing issues notes the similarity to the other negative review, suggesting these problems might not be isolated incidents.

Given the serious nature of these allegations, potential clients must exercise extreme caution. These reviews collectively paint a picture of unsatisfactory and potentially unethical conduct.

Promotional Information:

Based on the overwhelmingly negative client reviews provided, it is impossible to objectively identify positive promotional aspects or features of Attorney Brad Crider's services. The reviews serve as a stark warning rather than an endorsement. Any potential promotional material would need to directly address and refute the serious allegations made by former clients to regain trust.

Given the current information, any attempt to create positive promotional messaging would be misleading and would not align with the objective presentation of information from the internet, as requested.

Contact Information:

For completeness, the contact information for Attorney Brad Crider is provided below. However, potential clients are strongly urged to consider the significant concerns raised in the client reviews before contacting or engaging his services:

  • Phone: (480) 378-9000
  • Mobile Phone: +1 480-378-9000
  • Address: 3850 E Baseline Rd #111, Mesa, AZ 85206, USA

It is recommended that individuals seeking legal representation in Mesa thoroughly research and consider multiple attorneys, review additional sources of information, and potentially seek consultations with other lawyers before making a decision, especially when the available feedback raises such serious concerns about honesty, communication, and service.

In conclusion, based on the publicly available client reviews, potential clients should be aware of significant negative feedback regarding Attorney Brad Crider, including allegations of dishonesty, poor communication, lack of advocacy, and billing issues. This information is provided to ensure users of Lawyers Near Me can make informed decisions. It is strongly recommended to proceed with extreme caution and consider alternative legal representation in Mesa, Arizona.

Beware! Hired Brad last year to handle 2 easy cases. One was dismissed because the other party didn’t show up. The evidence for that case was given to him on a silver platter, so not much was needed for that case. Divorce case took 7 months when it should have taken 2 at most. If hired, be prepared to not be communicated with and lied to. Had to file for unnecessary extensions in my divorce case because of Brad. My sister had to step in because he would not communicate, and he still did very little if anything at all. Divorce was final in July, had to wait until September for more paperwork. I have been calling, emailing, showing up in person, and still have not received an invoice, or a return of any unused retainer fees as of December 20 2024. I guess by the recent review on here this is standard practice for a professional law team.

Shared input last year and somehow it’s gone. I wished there was a way to give Brad Crider a (-) for service, professionalism, kindnesses and simply showing empathy. He didn’t work on my divorce and I never received an invoice. I guest that should have been a huge sign for me but I always try my best to be positive. Brad answered the phone once and said to me, “If I knew it was you I wouldn’t answered the phone.” What kind of lawyer says this to their client?” Absolutely no compassion! I hired another divorce and finally was rewarded my divorce in record time. This means to me that Brad sat on my divorce and did absolutely nothing. Shame on him! People depend on their Lawyers to fight for them!! FYI-my X requested that all communication come via our Lawyers. Brad didn’t share anything in fact he told me that I would be better off without him. That’s my call, of my lawyers call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brad was the worst lawyer I have ever met. He cost me 100's of thousands of dollars due to errors and lack of review of details. He billed me for work he never did. . He negotiated horribly on my behalf.. I would run as far away from him as possible.

I would highly recommend Brad and his team. I felt extremely supported every step of the way. Kelly and Brad’s legal team ensured I was prepared and informed through years of a high conflict custody journey and finally an adoption. I am so grateful for them!
