Cynthia Santiago the office Manager/Paralegal is extremely unprofessional. She needs to learn how to communicate respectfully over the phone and avoid raising her voice. Canceling an appointment over what appeared to be a dropped call is completely unacceptable. If this is how the practice handles clients from the start, I have no interest in doing business with this firm. First impressions matter—and this one was very disappointing.

Badgley Law Group Introduce

When searching for legal representation in Orlando, Florida, through platforms listing "Lawyers Near Me," it is crucial for prospective clients to conduct thorough research and consider all available information regarding a law firm's reputation and client experiences. Badgley Law Group, located at 801 N Magnolia Ave Suite 304, Orlando, FL 32803, is one such firm that may appear in local search results. Their contact phone number is (407) 781-0420, and a mobile phone number is also listed as +1 407-781-0420.

However, it is essential to address the significant negative feedback present in the provided customer reviews. These reviews raise serious concerns about the professionalism and client care experienced by at least two individuals who interacted with Badgley Law Group. Potential clients should carefully consider these accounts before deciding to engage this firm for their legal needs.

One review focuses on an interaction with Cynthia Santiago, identified as the office Manager/Paralegal. The reviewer describes this interaction as "extremely unprofessional," alleging that Ms. Santiago needs to improve her phone communication skills and avoid raising her voice. The reviewer also found the cancellation of an appointment over what appeared to be a dropped call to be "completely unacceptable." This negative first impression led the reviewer to express a lack of interest in doing business with the firm, emphasizing the importance of first impressions and describing this one as "very disappointing." This account suggests potential issues with the firm's administrative and client communication practices.

The second review details a significantly more concerning experience with Mr. Badgley himself. The reviewer states that after ten months, Mr. Badgley dropped their personal injury case, citing insufficient potential monetary gain as the reason for discontinuing representation. The reviewer, who claims to still be experiencing disability and pain in their right hand and arm six years after the incident caused by a surgeon, expresses disappointment that Mr. Badgley seemingly lacked the knowledge or care to continue pursuing the case on their behalf. The reviewer concludes by labeling Mr. Badgley and an unnamed "side-kick" as "not professional." This review raises serious questions about the firm's commitment to its clients, particularly in cases that may not promise a substantial financial return, and their overall professionalism.

Given the nature of this direct client feedback, it is challenging to objectively describe a positive environment, highlight specific services, or identify beneficial features of Badgley Law Group based solely on this information. The provided reviews paint a picture of potential unprofessional behavior from staff and a concerning approach to case management by the attorney, including allegedly dropping a client's case based on perceived profitability rather than the client's ongoing needs and the merits of the case.

It is important to acknowledge that these reviews represent the experiences of only two individuals, and there may be other clients who have had different, perhaps more positive, interactions with Badgley Law Group. However, the specific and negative nature of these accounts, detailing allegations of unprofessional conduct and a lack of commitment to a client's personal injury case, should not be dismissed lightly by potential clients seeking legal representation in Orlando. These reviews directly address critical aspects of the attorney-client relationship, such as communication, professionalism, and dedication to the client's needs.

Regarding promotional information, the provided data does not include any positive marketing statements or specific services advertised by Badgley Law Group. In this context, the negative reviews themselves serve as a form of unsolicited feedback that strongly cautions potential clients against engaging their services based on the experiences described. For individuals searching for "Lawyers Near Me," these accounts highlight potential pitfalls to be aware of when considering Badgley Law Group.

For local users in Orlando exploring their legal options, the fact that Badgley Law Group is located at 801 N Magnolia Ave Suite 304 and can be contacted at (407) 781-0420 are pieces of factual information. However, the accompanying customer reviews present significant concerns regarding their client interactions and case handling practices. It would be prudent for anyone considering Badgley Law Group to exercise caution, seek additional information from other sources if available, and carefully weigh the potential risks associated with the issues raised in the publicly available feedback. Engaging a legal representative is a significant decision that should be based on thorough research and a strong sense of confidence in the chosen attorney's professionalism, dedication, and ability to effectively advocate for their clients' best interests. The provided reviews suggest that potential clients may find these qualities lacking at Badgley Law Group.

In conclusion, while Badgley Law Group is a listed law firm in Orlando, the available customer reviews raise serious concerns about their professionalism, client communication, and approach to case management, particularly in personal injury matters. The allegations of unprofessional conduct by staff and the reported instance of a case being dropped due to perceived insufficient financial return are significant red flags for potential clients searching for "Lawyers Near Me." It is strongly recommended that individuals seeking legal representation in Orlando thoroughly investigate and consider all available options, giving significant weight to client feedback, and prioritize law firms with a demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethical conduct, and dedicated client advocacy. The information provided suggests caution when considering Badgley Law Group for your legal needs.

After 10 months Mr.Badgley dropped my case.saying not enough money for him to continue my case. After 6 years I still am having disability & pain in my right hand & arm. This case is a personal injury case by a surgeon. Guess he doesn't know enough or care enough for his client to continue. He & his side-kick are not professional,

Jeff and his staff helped me with my chapter 7 bankruptcy case. I initially attempted to do the process on my own and failed at it. After looking into getting legal counsel I came across the Badgley Law Firm. The reviews were great and very informative. Upon my first consultation via phone I was offered an in person interview with Jeff which was a nice change because other firms wanted to do virtual meetings. I met with Jeff and he explained how things worked and reviewed my case. He was upfront with the process and cost and then said he would be able to assist me with my case. The first 341 creditors meeting had to be rescheduled and the second one was successful. I was able to be in the office for the meeting with Jeff right there in case I didn’t understand what the trustee was asking me. That helped me so much because I tend to get confused when doing the virtual meetings. Gisel was great as she kept me informed about my case and gathered all the paperwork needed to proceed with my case. I’m forever grateful for Jeff Badgley and his team for assisting me. A huge stress relief for me and my family.
