He filed my husband's immigration case and didn't provide him a copy of what was filed. The office ladies refuse to provide a copy to us. My husband paid a lot of money. This attorney said there is a 180 day wait to apply for work permit, but it is 150 days. They don't return phone calls and they are very rude. Would not recommend

Bank Glenn Introduce

For individuals and families in the New York City area seeking legal assistance with immigration matters, Bank Glenn operates within the "Lawyers Near Me" category from their office located at 325 Broadway, Suite 405, New York, NY 10007, USA. This conveniently situated practice can be contacted by phone at (212) 964-1210 or via mobile at +1 212-964-1210, providing direct communication lines for those seeking legal guidance in navigating the complexities of immigration law.

Online reviews for Bank Glenn present a mixed perspective on the services provided. One client recounts a negative experience where their husband's immigration case was filed without providing a copy of the documents. This reviewer also alleges that the office staff refused to provide a copy, despite a significant payment. Furthermore, they claim that the attorney provided incorrect information regarding the waiting period for a work permit application and that phone calls were not returned, accompanied by rude service. Based on this experience, the reviewer explicitly states they would not recommend Bank Glenn.

In contrast, another client shares a positive experience from 2008, where Mr. Bank assisted their wife with her immigration status, ultimately leading to her becoming a U.S. citizen. This reviewer describes Mr. Bank as "no-nonsense" yet "very friendly," appreciating his direct and honest approach. They highlight his integrity in not taking on cases he believes he cannot help, unlike their previous attorney. This positive feedback also mentions reasonable rates and the availability of a payment plan. This client expresses gratitude for Mr. Bank's services and the successful outcome of their wife's immigration journey.

Given these contrasting accounts, it is challenging to definitively describe the environment of Bank Glenn's office. The negative review suggests a lack of transparency in providing case-related documents and potential issues with communication and customer service from the office staff. The positive review, while older, portrays a more client-focused and ethical approach from Mr. Bank himself. Without more recent or consistent feedback regarding the office environment, it is difficult to form a comprehensive picture.

Based on the available information, the primary area of legal service offered by Bank Glenn is immigration law. The positive review explicitly details assistance with immigration status and the path to U.S. citizenship. While the specific types of immigration cases handled are not exhaustively listed, it is reasonable to infer that Bank Glenn provides services in areas such as:

Citizenship and Naturalization: Guiding eligible individuals through the process of becoming U.S. citizens, as highlighted in the positive review.

Visa Applications: Assisting individuals in applying for various types of immigrant and non-immigrant visas.

Green Card Applications: Helping individuals obtain lawful permanent residency in the United States.

Deportation Defense: Representing individuals facing removal proceedings (though not explicitly mentioned, it is a common area of immigration law).

Family-Based Immigration: Assisting U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents in sponsoring relatives for immigration.

While the negative review mentions the filing of an immigration case and an application for a work permit, it does not specify the exact type of immigration matter. However, it further reinforces that immigration law is a central focus of this practice.

The positive review highlights several potential features of Bank Glenn's legal practice:

Direct and Honest Communication: Described as "no-nonsense" and willing to tell clients if he cannot help them.

Reasonable Rates: The reviewer found his fees to be affordable.

Payment Plans: Offering flexibility in payment for legal services.

Focus on Client Outcome: Demonstrated by the successful assistance in achieving U.S. citizenship for the client's wife.

Conversely, the negative review points to potential negative features:

Lack of Transparency: Allegedly not providing clients with copies of filed documents.

Poor Communication: Claims of unreturned phone calls.

Rude Office Staff: Negative interaction with the administrative team.

Potentially Inaccurate Information: Allegation of providing incorrect information regarding work permit processing times.

Currently, no specific promotional information or special offers are mentioned in the provided data. Therefore, it is not possible to detail any incentives that Bank Glenn might be offering to prospective clients.

For local users in New York seeking immigration legal services within the "Lawyers Near Me" category, Bank Glenn's office at 325 Broadway offers a convenient location. The contrasting client reviews suggest the importance of potential clients conducting their own thorough research and perhaps seeking an initial consultation to assess whether Mr. Bank's approach and the office's practices align with their expectations and needs. The positive review, although from 2008, indicates a potential for successful outcomes in immigration cases, while the negative review raises concerns about communication and transparency.

In conclusion, Bank Glenn is an immigration law practice located in Broadway, New York City. While one client reports a positive experience culminating in U.S. citizenship, another recounts significant issues with transparency, communication, and accuracy of information. Local users searching for an immigration lawyer in the "Lawyers Near Me" category should consider these differing perspectives and are encouraged to contact the office directly to discuss their specific situation and determine if Bank Glenn's services meet their requirements and expectations. It may be beneficial to inquire about their current practices regarding document sharing, communication protocols, and fee structures during any initial consultation.

Mr. Bank helped my wife with her immigration status in 2008. He is no-nonsense but also very friendly. No sugar-coating. If he cannot help you, he will tell you. He won't take your money and sell you a bill of goods, unlike my wife's original immigration attorney. His rates are very reasonable, and he offered us a payment plan. Thanks to Mr. Bank, my wife is now a US citizen!

Mr Bank helped me in 2011 I was living all the way California and we corresponded by phone and mail. He got all my paperwork in and I had absolutely no issue when I went in for my interview me and my son in California. How i ended up using Mr. Bank - he had did a petition on behalf of my sister when I was living in New York in 2000. I will never forget Mr. Bank he was always on top of things and everyone in the office was always so professional and helpful. thanks SY
