Feb 07, 2025 · Enam HoqueI wouldn’t recommend reaching out to Mr. Battleson if you are disabled. I am physically and mentally disabled. I have PTSD anxiety and ADHD And let’s not forget the multiple burns That cover of my entire body. Mr. Battleson reached out to me in 2020 because Obviously, he had no cases available at the time. But Mr. Battleson was short tempered and rude multiple times. When I went into anxiety and ADHD freeze, he was very rude and disrespectful. I was grieving my daughter when he reached out and he was Beyond disrespectful and he reached out to me. He obviously does not have the capacity to deal with people who are disabled or maybe it was because I was black not sure. But the frustration he expressed when my disability kicked in I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy. But do what you would with that information. And I did have a case, Mr. Battleson I just needed someone who had the patience to deal with someone who was disabled like me. Oh, and let’s not forget the fact that I was trying to get a contract back and in order for him to help me he was going to take the contract if he got it back. I’m disabled, sir. I needed the money. I’m a disabled, single mother. You should be ashamed of yourself, Mr. Battleson. But I wish you the best of luck. And once again, if you are disabled, he is not the man for you. You contacted me in 2020. I fired you in 2021 after I was grieving the lost of my child & you were rude. You called while I was getting my postnatal check up after losing that baby & I expressed to you I was triggered & could not speak at the time. I had people harassing me at the time for whatever was left of my contract. & grieving my child. So ofc I went into adhd freeze. You called me rude. & I told you you weren’t the attorney for me. I tried again 2 yrs later because I figured I wouldn’t be triggered by the subject and could try to handle it again because it was how my children & I survived since I was disabled. & again you spoke to me short & rude all while I was obviously emotionally effected. You would be too if people preyed on you took advantage of your learning disability & stole millions from you. I needed someone who actually had the compassion and knowledge to deal with someone who is mentally and physically Disabled. Because that’s the basis of my case. I should not have been signing anything I didn’t understand. But instead You were once again rude and short with me Once again, because I was obviously emotionally triggered By the subject. Because people have been praying on me and taking advantage of me My whole life. Am I learning disability has made it very easy. Besides the fact that I was addicted When I signed also. They were aware of that they took advantage of that. So of course, when I speak on the case, I get triggered And you were rude every time. I have emotional connection to that case Because I lost everything because once again, someone took advantage of my Disability and my children paid the price. But you didn’t care you just Wanted money and weren’t interested in really helping me. And when you saw that, I was a difficult client because I had mental Restrictions. You were rude. I’m a client from 2020 and then two years later Because that money was set up for me to survive, and it was taken. So of course I wanted To try again. And again, I learned that if you’re mentally or physically disabled, you are not the attorney for me. That’s all.
