They went above and beyond to contact providers for me, when they didn't even need to and made sure my issues were resolved before they became issues. This is an excellent Law Firm for accidental damage cases. They are small enough to provide very good service on a one-on-one basis. Their fees are typical of the industry as a whole. 33 1/3 % for negotiated settlements and 40% for court settlements. You will not find lower rates out there unless you personally know an attorney. I prefer this attorney over the larger law firms where you're usually dealing with a legal assistant instead of directly with the attorney. Brett Beetham is knowledgeable and experienced and a true pleasure to work with. I will not be seeking another Law Firm to change to, I am a Beetham and Tran customer for life.
