I closed on a refinance last month, and it was a mess working with Bell Law. I had an appointment to go in for closing, and when I walked in, no one could be found. After a few minutes wandering through their office, we found someone. We were shown to a conference room and then waited 20 minutes for Dellana to finish her lunch. Why make an appointment during your lunch if you’re going to make clients wait? Since closing, they have sent us erroneous checks, told us our mortgage payoff was short, asked us for the checks back, and have really unclear and unprofessionally written emails to me. If you’re closing on a mortgage or refinance, I recommend that you look for another title company to use for closing.

From the response to my first review alone, you can see what kind of people they are and what kind of service you can expect to receive. No one was looking for an all day closing. The attorney left 30 minutes into the closing and didn’t say a word. Not a “thank you”or an @excuse me I need to step out.” The girl in the office was FOWL from that point on. We emailed to give you the chance to rectify the situation and got no where. I hope other people reading this also see I’m not your only 1 star review but thanks for taking the time to give such a professional response.
