I wish I read the reviews first and I hope others do first. Terrible terrible experience. If I could give it zero stars I would. Extremely unprofessional. Nobody returns phone calls or emails on time. We never spoke once to Ms.Bradshaw - not even once for an intro call. Never had time to talk to the clients she was getting paid by. Thankfully we took our services elsewhere to another law firm. I am sure the paralegal there is doing the best she can given the person she works for (so I don’t fault her). I would hate to see other people have the same experience. Run! Do your homework, read reviews and find someone worthy of your money!

The physical environment of Bradshaw Kathleen's office at 3114 E Tremont Ave in the Bronx is not detailed in the provided information. E Tremont Avenue is a significant street in the Bronx, suggesting that the office is likely located in an area accessible to local residents. Typically, a professional law office aims to provide a setting where clients can discuss their legal matters with confidentiality and where legal work can be conducted efficiently. This usually includes consultation rooms for private discussions, administrative support for managing cases and appointments, and the necessary resources for legal research and document preparation. However, without specific details, we cannot describe the interior environment further.
The provided information includes the attorney's name, phone number, mobile phone number (which is the same), and address. Importantly, there are two customer reviews available, both of which express significant dissatisfaction with the services received from Bradshaw Kathleen's office. These reviews offer critical insights that potential clients should carefully consider.
The first review describes a "terrible terrible experience" and states that if the reviewer could give zero stars, they would. The primary complaints revolve around extreme unprofessionalism and a lack of communication. The reviewer alleges that nobody returned phone calls or emails in a timely manner and that they never spoke directly with Ms. Bradshaw, not even for an introductory call, despite Ms. Bradshaw being paid for her services. The reviewer also mentions taking their legal services elsewhere to another law firm and expresses sympathy for the paralegal in Ms. Bradshaw's office, suggesting they are doing their best under difficult circumstances. The review concludes with a strong recommendation to others to read reviews and find a more "worthy" attorney, warning them to "Run!" and do their homework.
The second review echoes the negative sentiment, stating that "no stars would be more fitting." This reviewer recounts their mother being represented by the office in a non-payment of rent case that allegedly dragged on for years without resolution. A significant complaint is the lack of transparency regarding which attorney would appear in court, and that whoever did appear was reportedly unprepared. The reviewer claims to have wasted "hundreds and thousands of dollars" and significant time without a resolution. The review concludes by suggesting that individuals would be better off representing themselves or seeking legal aid rather than using this firm.
Based on these two negative reviews, several significant concerns are raised regarding the services provided by Bradshaw Kathleen's office:
Lack of Communication: Both reviews highlight a failure to return phone calls and emails promptly, and in one case, the client allegedly never even spoke with Ms. Bradshaw directly.
Unprofessionalism: The first review explicitly labels the experience as "extremely unprofessional," indicating a significant issue with the service provided.
Lack of Preparation: The second review states that the attorneys appearing in court were "never prepared," raising serious concerns about the quality of legal representation.
Ineffectiveness and Delays: The second review describes a case that dragged on for years without resolution, suggesting a lack of effectiveness in handling legal matters.
Lack of Transparency: The second review mentions not knowing who would be representing them in court, indicating a lack of transparency in case management.
Poor Client Service: The overall tone of both reviews suggests a significant lack of attention to client needs and a failure to provide satisfactory legal representation.
Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback from the only two available reviews, it is challenging to identify any positive features or promotional aspects of Bradshaw Kathleen's legal practice based solely on this information. The strong warnings from both reviewers should be a significant consideration for potential clients.
From a promotional standpoint, in light of the provided reviews, it would be irresponsible to highlight any positive attributes. Instead, the available feedback serves as a strong caution to potential clients in the Bronx area who might be considering the Law Offices of Bradshaw Kathleen. The reviews suggest significant issues with communication, professionalism, preparedness, and the overall quality of legal service.

May 08, 2019 · Rachel ZambranoIf I could give them no stars it would be more fitting of a review. They represented my mother in a non-payment of rent case and the case dragged on for years. The office never let's you know who will be representing you in court, and whoever does finally show up, is never prepared. You end up wasting hundreds and thousands of dollars, not to mention valuable time while things never get resolved. You're better off representing yourself or getting a legal aid.
