I heard good things about Mr Breeden IN THE PAST. However I hired him in May for a family law matter. 2 weeks before court in Nov he stated he was unprepared only because he was offended that I was seeking new counsel because of his lack of recollection and poor communication. Mr Breeden unfortunately has a very hard time remembering important things and reading his own handwriting. With all due respect, he should consider retiring. His prime days are over. Don’t hire him for a family law matter.. waste of time and money.
