Not even sure how this man passed the Bar exam. Never followed up. Never returned my calls. Barely spoke with him on the phone. He had my case for almost 2 years and I’d get the exact same response I got the last time. I don’t think he even tried to help my case. It was a Lemon Law case that resulted in an accident and putting myself, as well as my significant other and two children in the hospital for. I had EVERY piece of evidence that the vehicle (which was sold by NISSAN btw) that it was DANGEROUS. It was a salvage title that Nissan “fixed.” The whole gram was bent. EVERY mechanic I brought it to said it was dangerous. Well... turns out... it was! Almost killed me!!! THANKS MICHAEL BREEDEN.... FOR NOTHING!!!! You know who I am! You should be hearing from the Bar Association now that I have Hospital bills from the vehicle that I told you OVER AND OVER AGAIN WAS DANGEROUS! DO NOT USE THIS MAN! HE DOES NOTHING! His office is so unorganized. He trips over everything. I often wondered if he was even drunk or on drugs when I’d see him... WHEN ID SEE HIM! YOU, MICHAEL BREEDEN, almost cost me MY FAMILY FOR YOUR LACK OF WORK AND TERRIBLE WORK ETHIC!!!! RUNNNNN people. Find yourself a good attorney!

It's important for any local seeking legal representation to be well-informed. This overview will cover key aspects of Breeden Law Firm, from its location and accessibility to the types of services they reportedly offer, and how you can get in touch. While this information is based on publicly available data, prospective clients are always encouraged to conduct their own thorough due diligence, including direct communication with the firm, to ensure it aligns with their specific needs and expectations.

Understanding a law firm's background and client experiences can be a vital part of your decision-making process. The goal here is to provide a comprehensive picture, allowing you to consider whether Breeden Law Firm might be a suitable option for your legal concerns in the greater New Orleans area and beyond.

Location and Accessibility

Breeden Law Firm is conveniently situated in the heart of downtown New Orleans, making it a potentially accessible option for many residents within the city and surrounding parishes. Their office is located at:

830 Union St Suite 300, New Orleans, LA 70112, USA

This address places the firm within a well-known commercial district, which is often easily reachable by various modes of transportation. For those relying on public transport, the location in downtown New Orleans typically offers proximity to bus routes and streetcar lines, which can be a significant advantage for clients without private vehicles. If you're driving, the area usually has several parking garages or metered street parking options, though availability can vary, especially during peak hours. Being in a central location can also mean easier access for clients coming from different parts of the metropolitan area, whether from the Westbank, Metairie, or even further afield in the greater New Orleans region. The strategic placement of the office aims to serve the diverse legal needs of the local Louisiana community efficiently.

Services Offered

Based on publicly available information, Breeden Law Firm is associated with providing legal services primarily in the areas of:

  • Consumer Law: This can encompass a range of issues where individuals interact with businesses, such as consumer fraud, debt collection defense, fair credit reporting disputes, and potentially "lemon law" cases related to defective products, especially vehicles.
  • Business Law: This typically involves advising and representing businesses on various legal matters, which could include contract disputes, business formation, compliance, and other commercial issues.
  • Bankruptcy Law (historically noted): While specific current offerings should be verified, some historical records indicate involvement in bankruptcy or foreclosure defense. This would assist individuals or businesses facing financial distress in navigating legal processes for debt relief or restructuring.
  • General Litigation: This broad category means they may handle a variety of civil disputes that could end up in court, which could include contract disagreements, property disputes, or other non-criminal legal conflicts.

It is always recommended to directly contact Breeden Law Firm to confirm their current practice areas and to discuss the specifics of your legal situation to ensure they can provide the particular assistance you require. Legal needs can be highly specialized, and a direct conversation is the best way to determine if a firm's expertise aligns with your unique case.

Features / Highlights

When considering a law firm, several aspects contribute to its overall profile and how it serves its clients. Here are some general features and potential highlights that individuals often look for, keeping in mind the publicly available information about Breeden Law Firm:

  • Local Presence in New Orleans: Being located directly in New Orleans provides the firm with a deep understanding of Louisiana state laws and local court procedures. This local insight can be invaluable for clients navigating the legal system in the region.
  • Focus on Specific Practice Areas: The firm's reported focus on consumer law and business law suggests a specialization that could be beneficial for clients with needs in these particular fields. Specialization often means a deeper knowledge base and more tailored strategies.
  • Accessibility through Contact Information: The provision of multiple phone numbers aims to ensure clients have avenues to reach out and inquire about services, which is a fundamental aspect of client service.

It's important to note that while these are common features of many law firms, the actual client experience and outcomes can vary. Prospective clients are encouraged to look beyond general features and delve into specific case discussions with the firm to assess how these features translate into tangible benefits for their individual legal matters.

Promotions or Special Offers

Based on the publicly available information, there are no specific promotions or special offers explicitly advertised for Breeden Law Firm. Many law firms do not publicly list promotional discounts or special offers in the same way retail businesses might. Instead, they often structure their fees based on the type and complexity of the legal service, which can include hourly rates, flat fees for certain services, or contingency fees, particularly in areas like personal injury where the fee is a percentage of the settlement or award.

For potential clients in Louisiana, it is always advisable to discuss fee structures and any potential costs upfront during an initial consultation. This ensures complete transparency regarding the financial aspects of legal representation. While direct promotions may not be a common practice, a firm might offer initial consultations at a reduced rate or for free, which can be an excellent opportunity to understand your case and the potential costs involved without immediate financial commitment. To learn about the fee arrangements and any potential initial consultation policies at Breeden Law Firm, you would need to contact them directly using the provided contact information.
