Terrible communication and we only had conversations with Jacob who is not an attorney. They don’t have a receptionist to answer the phone so that is why I am saying communication is not good at all. Left voice messages with Jacob and became very frustrated not hearing back. Maybe this Bryan guy should get a real office that has someone that answers the phone. I found a new attorney that is fantastic and is getting work done. Bryan also took my whole retainer and only did work for half. He told me that I signed a contract that said it was non-refundable. Which it was. I’m stuck. Now working with an attorney that has a receptionist that is very friendly and responsive. And the attorney in 30 minutes did what it took Bryan or Jacob a week to do in a week. I will say, in Bryan’s last email to me, he was very good in being argumentative. Probably that is better left in court and not with his client.
Welcome to Lawyers Near Me, your platform for connecting with legal professionals in your local area. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Bryan L. Walter Law, P.C., located at 1001 W Northwest Hwy, Grapevine, TX 76051, USA. Our goal is to present information based on available public feedback, allowing local users to form their own conclusions when considering legal representation.
The environment of Bryan L. Walter Law, P.C., as described by client experiences, indicates a less traditional office setup. The address on West Northwest Highway in Grapevine suggests a physical location, potentially a commercial office space. However, client feedback critically points to a lack of a dedicated receptionist, stating, "They don’t have a receptionist to answer the phone." This suggests a smaller, potentially more independent operation where direct phone communication may be challenging. The comments about "Bryan guy should get a real office that has someone that answers the phone" indicate that the firm's administrative structure may not meet the expectations of all clients seeking consistent and immediate contact. This can lead to frustration, particularly when individuals are trying to reach the firm for updates or inquiries related to their legal matters. The description of communication being "not good at all" and clients "becoming very frustrated not hearing back" paints a picture of an environment where responsiveness and accessibility are areas of concern. This is a crucial aspect for any legal practice, as effective communication is often paramount to client satisfaction and the successful navigation of legal processes.
Regarding services, the provided information does not explicitly state the specific areas of law in which Bryan L. Walter Law, P.C. specializes. However, the context of clients seeking an "attorney" and discussions around "case" work and "getting work done" implies that the firm offers general legal representation. Clients are engaging the firm for legal services that involve case management and resolution. The feedback about work being done for "half" of the retainer suggests that the firm undertakes legal tasks on behalf of its clients, though the efficiency and scope of this work are subjects of client commentary. Without specific details on practice areas such as family law, civil litigation, or other specializations, it is difficult to elaborate on the precise nature of the legal services offered. However, it is evident that clients are seeking assistance with legal matters that require an attorney's involvement in court or through negotiation.
The features of Bryan L. Walter Law, P.C., as conveyed through client reviews, present a mixed and largely critical perspective. A recurring theme is the issue of communication. Clients report "Terrible communication" and difficulty in reaching the firm, specifically noting that conversations were primarily with "Jacob who is not an attorney," rather than with Bryan Walter directly. The absence of a receptionist and the challenges in receiving callbacks highlight significant concerns regarding client accessibility and responsiveness, which are critical for effective legal representation. This directly contrasts with client expectations for prompt and clear updates on their cases.
Another prominent feature, or rather, a concern, is the perceived efficiency and value for money. One client expressed frustration that "Bryan also took my whole retainer and only did work for half," despite a non-refundable contract. This suggests dissatisfaction with the amount of work completed in relation to the fees paid. The comparison to a new attorney who "in 30 minutes did what it took Bryan or Jacob a week to do in a week" further underscores concerns about the firm's efficiency and progress on cases. The description of Bryan Walter being "very good in being argumentative" in communication, even with his own client, implies a confrontational style that may not always be constructive in client relationships.
Furthermore, deeply concerning features emerge from the second review, which provides highly critical observations about Bryan L. Walter's professional conduct and reputation. This review alleges that he "loves wasting time and money" and is "the laughing stock at the courthouse," purportedly having "no respect from others, whatsoever." The review claims to have heard others call him a "clown and dwarf" and describes him as often having a "lost look in his face" and "pacing back and forth in the corridors at the courthouse." These observations suggest a lack of professional gravitas and potentially an unsettling demeanor in professional settings. The review further asserts that he "whine about how other attorneys bully him, as if he was a small child," contradicting any perception of him being a "bulldog."
Most critically, the review explicitly states, "He has been disciplined by the Texas Bar for being unethical." This is a significant claim regarding professional misconduct and warrants serious consideration for any potential client. The reviewer expresses surprise that he is "still practicing" and strongly discourages retaining his services, suggesting he is "an idiot for an attorney that will delay your case continuously for years." This collection of highly negative feedback paints a picture of significant professional challenges, communication issues, and ethical concerns.
Regarding promotional information, there is no positive promotional content available from the provided reviews. Instead, the promotional message conveyed is one of strong discouragement. Phrases like "I DO NOT recommend this attorney" and "I would highly encourage looking elsewhere for legal representation" serve as explicit warnings from past clients. The firm's contact information, phone at (817) 263-5297 and mobile at +1 817-263-5297, is provided for direct contact, but the prevailing sentiment from the reviews would lead potential clients to exercise extreme caution. The lack of positive features or testimonials regarding successful outcomes, coupled with significant criticisms about professionalism, communication, and alleged ethical disciplinary actions by the Texas Bar, means that the firm's perceived value proposition, based on this information, is severely undermined. For users on the Lawyers Near Me platform, this objective presentation of feedback is crucial for making informed decisions about legal representation in Grapevine, TX.

Feb 07, 2018 · D.J. SchultzIf I could give 0 stars, I would. I DO NOT recommend this attorney. He loves wasting time and money. He's the laughing stock at the courthouse, no respect from others, whatsoever. I've heard others call him a clown and dwarf, and he always has that lost look in his face. He can often be seen pacing back and forth in the corridors at the courthouse. I've seen him whine about how other attorneys bully him, as if he was a small child (He is no bulldog - as others put him, that is for sure). This may all be caused due to the fact that he is often off of his meds. He has been disciplined by the Texas Bar for being unethical. I am very surprised this guy is still practicing, hopefully one day, he'll just croak. I would highly encourage looking elsewhere for legal representation, unless you want an idiot for an attorney that will delay your case continuously for years.

May 08, 2020 · darkfroggie loveI do not recommend this attorney at all. The only thing he is professional at is wasting time and money. He is either dumb or ignorant, because he acts like he does not know the law in court. I've watched him act like he did not know simple legal terms, or act like he did not know how the court process works with something as simple as an amendment. He has been disciplined by the TX Bar for being unethical, and the reason being is because he is a FRAUD! I would highly encourage looking elsewhere for legal representation, unless you want an idiot for an attorney that will delay your case continuously.
