Not only does he schedule him for appointments and either he’s never there or “still at court” but catching him at all even on the phone is a huge problem. My husband needs him to file some things with Westchester family court since NOVEMBER and we are now in June and Mr. Buntings best answer is “you have to see my desk I have cases and cases but I will move you to the top” and that’s been the excuse for months. Due to this my family is now suffering even bigger consequences because it looks like we are the negligent party instead of him just filing from the start with the court in a fashionable order time. Please don’t use this man. “He’s too busy” and will never make time for you or your needs

She has not communicated with the Client between the date of the assignment and the date of the hearing at all. Instead, she communicated with the opposing party between the dates, and, at the trial, went on supporting the opponent's position.
