I hired Antonio Bustamante because his wife worked with my husband. They convinced us that they could handle this case. It turns out that they are not experienced with family law. I didnt know the other side had a character witness until we were in court, something I should have been told about during prepping. They also got mad at me every time I became emotional. What, Im not allowed to cry about my kids? Recently, after firing them 3 months ago, I found out in the child support hearing that they kept paperwork filed by the other side from me, even though I asked them about it. They told me it hadnt been filed when in fact it had. As a result of that, I was blind sided in court when I showed up for the child support and the judge and other side brought this to my attention. They were sitting on pertinent info about my case, and purposefully kept it from me! If that isnt misrepresentation, I dont know what is. Do NOT hire Antonio and his wife Yolanda, they are as sleazy as can be. I will be going to the BAR and asking for the $5,000+ I paid them to muck up my case.
