Their firm is overall great however this branch location is the worst I read various reviews about Carmen but I said hey I'm doing an immigration petition what can go wrong, since I moved from the Bronx I was designated to go to this branch due to travel distance. As soon as I walked in waiting for over an hour, they were professional yes, to get your money. After a month they were not able to deliver nor get the right approach or take responsibility of the document that supposed to be in their system I had to take hard copies because we were getting backed up with excuses the process that's supposed to be a month turned out to be over three months, those loosing money and time and get denied for a petition, I tried to talk to them but her paralegal and secretary had no idea what was going on because I was getting a different story every time, Carmen did no answer my calls neither send a formal letter about what had happened, had to return to the Bronx office and lost over 3k

"I am beyond grateful to Cabanillas & Associated for their exceptional service in helping me obtain my green card in just two months! Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. From the start, they provided clear guidance and ensured I understood each step of the process. Not only did they help me with my green card, but so did they with my Advance Parole, which I did five months before applying for my green card. After 20 years of being away from my home county and loved ones, Cabanillas and Associates made my dream come true. In February 2024, I was able to fly back to my home country and reunite with my loved ones thanks to the Advance Parole Cabanillas filled for me in September 2023. And now, in August 2024, I am finally a Permanent Resident, only two months after submitting my application to immigration. The quick and successful outcome speaks volumes about their expertise and dedication. I was confident that my case was in the best hands, and they exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Cabanillas & Associates, I am a proud green card holder in record time. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of immigration assistance!" |
