I hired this firm to assist with a discrimination case against a former employer in 2022. It went well for the first 4 months, they were gathering evidence and guiding me through the arduous process of building a legal case. What they conveniently kept me in the dark about was that the main attorney on my case abruptly left the firm and I was assigned a new attorney with no prior knowledge of my case. The demand letter was sent and no response was received from the former employer. I decided to drop the case after learning of the previous attorney's departure. I did not want to risk losing in court and being left with considerable legal fees. I recently had the pleasure of hiring an injury law firm for a separate matter and the service was astounding, which is in sharp contrast to the poor service provided by this firm. Edit: Piss off. Lame excuses.

California Civil Rights Law Group Introduce

For local users in San Francisco seeking legal representation in civil rights matters, the California Civil Rights Law Group, situated at 870 Market St Suite 544, presents itself as a dedicated legal team. Operating under the umbrella of 'Lawyers Near Me,' this firm focuses on advocating for individuals facing discrimination and other civil rights violations within the state of California.

Located in a commercial building in the bustling Market Street area of San Francisco, the California Civil Rights Law Group occupies Suite 544. While specific details regarding the ambiance and facilities of their office are not provided in the available information, clients can likely expect a professional and confidential environment suitable for legal consultations and case management. The central location offers accessibility for residents and workers within the city.

The name itself, California Civil Rights Law Group, strongly indicates the firm's specialization. Civil rights law encompasses a broad range of legal protections against discrimination based on various factors such as race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, age, and sexual orientation. This field also includes issues related to employment law, housing discrimination, public accommodations, and more. Local users facing such challenges would likely find the firm's focused practice area relevant to their needs.

Based on a positive client review, the California Civil Rights Law Group appears to offer thorough and insightful initial consultations. One reviewer specifically praised Molly, presumably an attorney or staff member at the firm, for her meticulous and knowledgeable approach to a workplace situation. This suggests that the firm prioritizes understanding the nuances of each case from the outset and provides valuable guidance to potential clients in navigating their legal options.

The same positive review highlights the team's passion, professionalism, and deep knowledge in their area of work. This can be a significant factor for individuals seeking legal assistance, as it suggests a dedicated and competent team committed to achieving positive outcomes for their clients. The reviewer also noted that having the support of the California Civil Rights Law Group made a difficult experience more manageable, underscoring the importance of empathetic and effective legal representation.

However, it is crucial to present a balanced perspective by also considering a less favorable client experience shared in the reviews. One individual who hired the firm for a discrimination case reported a positive initial phase of evidence gathering and guidance. However, their experience took a negative turn when the main attorney handling their case abruptly left the firm, and a new attorney with no prior knowledge of the case was assigned. This lack of continuity raised concerns for the client, ultimately leading them to drop the case due to the perceived risk of losing and incurring substantial legal fees. This review contrasts sharply with the positive one, highlighting the potential for variability in client experiences.

The negative reviewer also expressed dissatisfaction with the service compared to their experience with a personal injury law firm, describing the service received from the California Civil Rights Law Group as "poor." The subsequent "Edit: Piss off. Lame excuses" suggests an unresolved issue or disagreement following a response from the firm to the initial negative feedback. This interaction underscores the importance for potential clients to consider all available feedback and potentially inquire about the firm's client management and case transition protocols.

Considering these contrasting reviews, local users searching for a 'Lawyer Near Me' specializing in civil rights should approach the California Civil Rights Law Group with a degree of diligence. While one client praised their thoroughness and professionalism, another reported significant concerns regarding case management and attorney transitions. It would be prudent for prospective clients to inquire about the firm's procedures for handling attorney departures and ensuring seamless case continuity.

In terms of features, the firm's specialization in civil rights law is a significant one. For individuals facing discrimination or employment law issues, a dedicated practice in this area suggests a deeper understanding of the relevant laws, precedents, and strategies. The positive review also points to the firm's thorough initial consultations and knowledgeable team as key features that benefit clients.

Promotional information is somewhat implicit in the positive review, which serves as a testimonial to the firm's strengths. The emphasis on being "passionate, professional, and utterly knowledgable" can be seen as a form of promotion, highlighting the qualities they aim to deliver to their clients. However, there is no explicit promotional language or specific offers mentioned in the provided text.

For local users in San Francisco navigating the complexities of civil rights law, the California Civil Rights Law Group offers a centrally located option with apparent expertise in the field. However, the contrasting client experiences suggest the importance of conducting thorough due diligence. Potential clients should consider scheduling an initial consultation to discuss their specific case, inquire about the firm's processes, and assess whether their approach and communication style align with their needs and expectations. Reading additional online reviews from various sources, if available, could also provide a more comprehensive understanding of the firm's reputation and client satisfaction levels. Ultimately, choosing the right legal representation is a critical decision, and careful consideration of all available information is essential.

This team is passionate, professional, and utterly knowledgable about their work. Knowing that I had such dedicated support made a difficult circumstance easier to experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend working with this group.

As a Division 1 student athlete facing discrimination from those who were supposed to support me the most, I sought to find a firm that would help me when I was at my most vulnerable. I was in a tricky position since I was not employed by the school, yet, CCRLG still gave me a chance. The amount of gratitude I have towards everyone on this team, especially Emily, Julianne, Kira, and Teo, is more than words can express. They took time to answer my questions and offer their support —sometimes it was hard to tease out that they were my legal team and not a group of mentors. I hope they realize that their support has helped me achieve a level of happiness I have not experienced in a long time. Thank you all for everything you’ve done.

Working with Nav, Larry, and their entire team were a Godsend to me. The amount of individual help and support they gave throughout my case was nothing short of amazing. At no point did I feel alone or on an island, I felt like they were there with me the entire time. They were always responsive if I had a question or needed personal help, EVERY member of their team cared. Small shout to Jean, thank you! I am adamant on the fact they deserve higher then 5 star ratings. You want them to represent you, they fight for truth and what is right. Metaphorically speaking, they slay evil giants.

This is a FIVE STAR Recommendation of the law firm CA Civil Rights Law Group and my AMAZING experience with Navruz Avloni, Esq. who shows great compassion for her clients while using her expertise to advocate and position her clients for success. Five traits that stood out about this excellent experience was the ability to have my lawyer feel accessible for my concerns at all times, strong writing skills & good judgment that helped me succeed and the active listening and perseverance of this team. I felt like I was being "backed up" by my family, not just a company- except under the expertise of a Super Lawyer with tremendous Wisdom and Compassion! I found myself feeling indebted to the good will and powerful advocacy provided by Navruz.
