I wish to relay my experience with Mr Neal Callaway with my recommendation and commendation for prior representation. Mr. Callaway has represented myself personally, my company in a particular issue, and multiple co-clients as a Plantiffs in another case. All were finalized successfully, especially the one with multiple Plantiffs. I might add that Mr. Callaway pays close attention to detail and invests more thought in a particular situation than any attorney I have used prior dating back to the 80's. In my opinion and experience, Mr. Callaway is knowledgable in Oil & Gas and is an impeccable business attorney as well.

Jul 12, 2013 · Bill DI hired the son Neal Callaway in 2011. He forgot to bring the exhibits to a hearing so he had to file motion to reconsider when he lost. I had to pay for two hearings. He never gave me a copy of what he filed. He could not turn documents into pdf files. How can an attorney not be able to do that? He made one only objection in my six hour deposition. I told him to make that objection ahead of time. I had to make my own objections. The worst thing is he swore he would get my case dismissed within two weeks and return most of my $3,500 retainer. He waited 1.5 months, blew through my retainer then another $1,500 before saying he couldn't get it dismissed. He also told me just to give the other side all document requested in discovery and I did. I didn't have to give quite a few of those documents and it hurt my case. I finally called up the Tarrant County Bar Association who referred him to me to ask how they vetted their lawyers. I told them about the issues but said I wasn't going to report him. I will get rid of him after the next hearing. I told them not to share the info with Neal Callaway. They illegally did. He admitted they gave him my email, was upset that I was going to fire him so he withdrew before the hearing just to be mean and hurt my case. I had to fly to Texas from California to represent myself at that hearing. If you do hire him, be sure to meet him in person first. You will understand. I do not recommend this person at all. If you look at my reviews, they are all positive except one. I do not make this negative review lightly. I wish I knew this before I hired him. I wasted $5,500 and he really hurt my case.
