I would give more stars if possible. He kept expectations real and in my best interest. He is beyond wonderful for his clients. I can't say enough good things to Barb . I would definitely recommend to anyone needing their services. Thank you all for taking care of me and my case.

The best word to describe our experience with Stephen Caplan is humiliating. He was condescending, uncompassionate, and unhelpful. It was made clear from the start of our case that he only wanted to drag it out as long as possible for his own gain. If you are looking for someone who wants to actually help you, steer clear.

5 ⭐️ isn’t enough!!! I HIGHLY recommend Caplan & Associates! Mr.Caplan and Ms.Vonya are by far the most professional, helpful, and genuine people. Oddly enough, my husband and I were returning clients. We seeked legal representation twice, once as a creditor and then as a debtor. CREDITOR REVIEW: My husband and I were initially creditor seeking representation for a legal matter that was rather tricky. I called Caplan & Associates in literal tears because I needed guidance and legal representation for a business my husband and I owned at the time. Ms.Vonya was so reassuring and helpful from the moment she picked up the phone. Mr.Caplan was there every step of the way and eased our minds with his knowledge and guidance through a rather overwhelming time. Ms.Vonya always reassured me “we will take care of you!” Caplan & Associates did just that and so much more! DEBTOR REVIEW: Fast forward to about 6 months later, my husband and I had reached back out to Ms.Vonya at Caplan & Associates seeking legal representation as a debtor this time. We were needing to file Chapter 7, yet again Ms.Vonya and Mr.Caplan were there to guide us through and remind us not to stress because “we will take care of you!” From start to finish, they were ALWAYS just a phone call or email away. I’d give Mr Caplan, and his Associates a 10 Star rating if it was an option. I can’t say enough good things about this Attorney, and his associates. Not only is he a wonderful Attorney. He ,and all his staff actually personally care about their clients. My case was a difficult, long, stressful process. I was having issues with my newly divorced Ex Husband of 16 1/2 yrs of marriage. My Ex Husband was refusing to follow our Divorce agreement on the division of his retirement. I hired Mr Caplan to help me in enforcing My Ex husband to comply. My Ex husband, and his attorney fought aggressively , and relentlessly to avoid having to disperse my share of the retirement account. Mr Caplan never once suggested we give in. He fought diligently for me in, and out of court. In the end, not only was our motion to enforce granted by the judge. Mr Caplan fought for, and won for all my attorney fees to be reimbursed to me by my Ex Husband. Donna Pascoe.

Very professional representation. Absolutely avoided all the drama that is sometimes created as a way of increasing the bill so I understand. No nonsense.
