I started a process with them around March 2019 after paying more than $3K I was told that I had to get medical records and shots which were $200+, I gave them everything they needed by June. I didn't hear anything til around December and it was them telling me that the paralegal I was working with wasn't there anymore and someone else took over my case and the medical records had not been sent to immigration and expired. They did not pay for it the 2nd time around but at least it was sent this time around. Fast forward to February 2021 they assign me a new paralegal but by this time I'm already doing everything on my own and the next month my green card came in so what I needed to get done did get done(a year later) which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.
