My ex used her for our case. She wasted his money, but ALOT of my time. My review is based on her actions NOT the details of the case. I would highly suggest not seeking her services. She is rude and very unprofessional. She didn't read the motions , spent time with other clients right in the middle of meetings - like actually walked away to BS. She wrote a support agreement that years later support enforcement denied because it was written incorrectly. When brought the error to her attention she became angry over and refused to fix. Her constant errors resulted in several additional cases to go back and correct. She turned a simple case that was resolved at second court date into a 9 month ordeal that still left numerous issues unresolved. She had no memory of orders created at previous meetings. Blantly lied about the law , even making changes to orders and filing paperwork without informing either party - support guidelines worksheets. Everything she submitted to the court were in handwritten, barely legible chicken scratch and had the names of both parties misspelled. Intentionally extended the case unnecessarily. Refused to give her own Client proposals, then made agreements and suggestions that her client was against or couldn't full fill. (She requested visitation agreements that were in conflict of his work Schedule. Example: I offered an agreement that she ignored til the morning of the trial. Instead of using information to create order -she spent hours at the court writing it while being reminded of every detail that was already written out in email correspondance. I don't know if she is manipulative or just incompetent. Either way she obviously knows she lacks the legal Skills to do her job. It's very obvious that her legal strategy is schmoozing court staff and attacking her oppositions Character by making statements that, even family services tell her have nothing to do with the case. And, no she didn't win anything for her client with her antics. All she did was run up his bill. I have to go file 2 more motions to fix more of her errors and really hope my ex can find an attorney that has experience with Family law instead of just verbally harrassing the opposition to create conflict between the parties. I really don't know how she is able to sleep at night knowing she makes a living causing conflict between co-parents. Save yourself the time, money and headaches and hire someone else.
