She keeps up a lot of drama through her untruths, bias, & exaggerations. If you want someone who will make the divorce process inefficient, well she's a good match. She delays & drives up hours to make money, but really two people moving on with their like should be simple. If you have a lawyer like this who adds confusion, it's not necessary & so you fire them. To me a good divorce attorney should be someone who is ethical professional & gets the job done without the excessive drama. They shouldn't play on people's emotions & inflict more pain. If your spouse has Casey, expect drama & she may even try to collude with your attorney behind your back. Make the choice to fight against Casey's duplicitous ways with the news, laws, etc. She shouldn't be practicing with her bias & low ethical standards. She makes the point of letting you know that she has influence in the courts. This to me again shows an attorney with low morals. Again, divorce is a process where two people are moving on. She helped my wife steal my car. I was upset but again. I realized that this attorney likes drama & inflicting harm.

Casey helped me with a very contentious and complex case against an aggressive and hostile party. I was the wronged and faithful one with solid evidence, yet the other side put out very aggressive demands for the divorce related to asset allocation and custody, along with awful behavior of destruction of evidence and perjury; all the while throwing out baseless accusations to muddy the waters and confuse the court. Casey and her co-counsel Emily calmly handled the adverse situations, and knew the right professionals to engage to bring the truth and merit clearly to the court for this case. Just as important, they took the path of negotiation and settlement seriously as well, and had the utmost of ethics and awareness of possible gender bias and prejudice concerns. Further to highlight their strong ethics, they and the firm were not interested in leaving the conflict open to have 'repeat business'. As such in my case, they were able to help me settle the divorce with a form of an alternative dispute resolution mechanism under the consent order, with the help of Casey and the outside professionals architecting that innovative legal agreement. This effectively shut down further future litigation and causes us to work out problems post-divorce in private without the expense of lawyers making arguments and motions for repeat appearances in court. On top of that, there were favorable terms in the settlement, and a very comprehensive parenting plan to keep the children out of confusion and conflict. I now know many folks who, even though they had previous settlements, have found themselves back in court trials 5 or 6 total times!. They now get recommended by me to consider the help that Casey afforded me in my difficult case.
