Apr 01, 2024 · Michael TipleaWas referred to this firm by another attorney of mine due to unfortunate circumstances. Chuck Hendricks, my lead attorney, was very understanding, straight-forward and gave me great confidence in this firm. However I worked most closely with Leah Bundage, his 2nd in command, and she proved to be very smart, patient, kind, and empathetic. I was in great hands with her and she always made time to answer my incessant questions and concerns. If you are ever in the unfortunate situation to need their services, I most highly recommend this firm, Chuck Hendricks, and especially Leah Bundage. Thanks guys for everything!
Oct 24, 2022 · Matthew MittelbronnI was disappointed with Chuck when he wanted to make lavish and unnecessary trips to our office, burning through our retainer without any real care. He also lacked knowledge regarding involuntary bankruptcy and non profits. I wish we could have fired him sooner. Total waste of time and money.
Dec 08, 2023 · Joseph BartonJohn Dee Spicer with this firm supposedly settled on an asset in my case when he knew the full value. After the case was discharged, this unscrupulous lawyer "came back to the well" for four times more. He also did not follow up with my attorney when she, Marilyn Garner, did not notify me of his additional information requests. He then "invested" $350 to contest the case. She then tried to screw me for $5000 more. Then when I warned her it was her fault and I would be filing complaints at various venues and a lawsuit against her, this was dropped. That looked like collusion to me! I would steer away from this whole firm if that is the way they do business.
