Absolute abomination. I fear for the children that they are there to advocate for. They actually put children in harms way instead of listening to the facts. I hope no one ever experiences what I had to with this disgusting place as well as the entire family court system in Goshen.

Children's Rights Society Introduce

For individuals in the Goshen, New York area seeking organizations or legal assistance related to the well-being and rights of children, the "Lawyers Near Me" platform can connect you with relevant resources. In this context, we introduce the Children's Rights Society, located at 7 Coates Drive, Goshen, NY 10924, USA. It is important to note that while the name suggests a legal focus, the services provided may encompass a broader range of advocacy and support for children. Online reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the organization, which potential users should consider.

Situated on Coates Drive in Goshen, the Children's Rights Society likely operates in an environment designed to facilitate their work in advocating for children. The specific nature of this environment could range from office spaces for meetings and administrative work to areas dedicated to support programs. Given the nature of their mission, the environment may aim to be welcoming and accessible to families and children in need. However, without specific details or images available online, a precise description of the physical environment is not possible.

Based on the organization's name and the limited information from online reviews, the services provided by the Children's Rights Society appear to include:

Child Advocacy: The primary function implied by the name is advocating for the rights and best interests of children. This could involve various forms of support, intervention, and representation in matters affecting children's welfare.

SPEAK Program: One reviewer specifically mentions using the "speak program" for approximately seven years, highlighting the support and help received. They recommend looking into this program for those needing help advocating for a child struggling in school. This suggests that the Children's Rights Society may offer specific programs aimed at empowering parents or guardians to advocate for their children's educational needs.

Given the starkly contrasting reviews, it is crucial to consider the varying experiences of individuals who have interacted with the Children's Rights Society. One review expresses extreme dissatisfaction, using strong negative language and raising serious concerns about the organization's practices and their impact on children. This reviewer recounts a negative personal experience within the context of the family court system in Goshen.

Conversely, the other review expresses significant satisfaction with the "speak program," emphasizing the support and help received over an extended period. This positive feedback suggests that at least some of the services or programs offered by the Children's Rights Society are beneficial and valued by the community.

The features of the Children's Rights Society are difficult to define definitively due to the limited and conflicting information. Potential features, based on the positive review, could include:

Long-term Support: The seven-year engagement with the "speak program" suggests a capacity for ongoing support to families.

Advocacy Skills Development: The program aims to help individuals advocate for their children, implying a focus on empowerment and providing necessary tools and knowledge.

Educational Support Focus: The mention of helping children struggling in school indicates a potential specialization or significant involvement in educational advocacy.

However, the negative review raises serious concerns that potential users must consider and investigate further. It suggests a potential for practices that some individuals find harmful and not in the best interests of children.

Regarding promotional information, there are no explicit promotions or special offers mentioned in the provided text. The positive review for the "speak program" could be seen as an indirect promotion for that specific service. However, the strong negative review serves as a significant counterpoint that potential users should weigh carefully. The "promotion" here is the potential for support in advocating for children, particularly within the educational context through the SPEAK program, but this is juxtaposed with serious allegations of harm.

In conclusion, the Children's Rights Society, located at 7 Coates Drive in Goshen, NY, appears to be an organization involved in child advocacy, potentially offering programs like the "speak program" to support parents in advocating for their children's needs, particularly in school. However, it is critical to acknowledge the presence of a highly negative review that raises serious concerns about the organization's practices. For individuals in the Goshen area seeking child advocacy services through the "Lawyers Near Me" platform, it is strongly recommended to conduct thorough due diligence, seek additional information and testimonials if available, and directly inquire with the Children's Rights Society to understand their services, approach, and address the concerns raised in the negative review. Contacting them directly at (845) 291-2670 or +1 845-291-2670 would be a necessary step to make an informed decision about engaging with this organization.

I have been using the speak program on and off for the last 7 years or so and have had so much support and help. I highly recommend looking into the speak program if you need help or, support in needing help advocating for your child who may be struggling in school.

Helpful office staff. Paranoid particular attorney. No name but tall black gentleman. Very evasive. I had no case involving him one do we know each other. He just is very protective of the office location when I asked him. I am a stable person and appear that way 56 yrs old with four kids. He acted like I was asking in order to do harm or something. Weird.
