Services Offered

While the provided customer reviews do not exhaustively detail all legal services offered by Chute, O'Malley, Knobloch & Turcy, LLC, the feedback strongly indicates a specialization in areas related to securing financial compensation for clients. The phrase "help get you the most possible" and "I'm so happy with my settlement!" suggests a focus on cases where clients are seeking monetary awards. Based on this, and common practices for firms achieving settlements, their services likely include:

  • Personal Injury Representation: Assisting individuals who have suffered injuries due to the negligence or wrongdoing of others. This could encompass auto accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and other incidents leading to physical harm and financial losses. Their goal would be to secure the maximum possible compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages.
  • Settlement Negotiation and Litigation: Dedicated efforts to negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of clients, aiming to resolve cases outside of court when possible. If a fair settlement cannot be reached, they would be prepared to pursue litigation to protect their clients' rights and interests in court.
  • Client Communication and Support: A core "service" highlighted by clients is their rapid response to texts and calls, indicating a strong emphasis on consistent and clear communication throughout the legal process. This helps clients feel informed and supported.
  • Strategic Legal Advocacy: Working diligently to build strong cases and advocate effectively for their clients' rights, aiming to maximize the financial outcome for those they represent. This involves thorough investigation, evidence gathering, and legal strategy development.

It is important to note that the firm's involvement in specific types of cases, such as those related to the opioid crisis, as mentioned in some reviews, indicates their participation in complex litigation involving public health and corporate accountability. This would likely fall under broader categories of mass torts or product liability, seeking to hold entities accountable for perceived harms.

These critical viewpoints highlight concerns about the impact on pain patients, doctors, and the perception of legal exploitation. This duality of public perception is a feature of firms engaged in high-profile or controversial legal areas.

Promotions or Special Offers

This law firm seeks to exploit families who lost members to illicit drug use. Their ads on TV insinuate people who are legally prescribed pain medication must be penalized because they safely use medications. They also believe decent, caring doctors who prescribed pain medications should be sued and their employment be eradicated. Law firms like this exploit all involved for greed. Families who lost members to illicit drug use should be stopped from suing others, ignoring the personal responsibility of illegal drug users. Pain patients pay an incredibly high price now that government and ambulance chasers want to eradicate pain medications. Cancer patients can no longer receive pain medication because of fear of being sued. Surgical patients are foregoing much needed surgeries because surgeon's are afraid of being sued for dispensing pain medication. Pharmacists behave like morality police, accusing those in pain for being addicts. This situation has gotten out of control. Just see if you have an accident or surgery where pain medications are much needed. These lawyers are making money exploiting the nightmare of opiod hysteria in this country. How do you lawyers live with yourselves? I guess your huge profits make you feel better. For shame.

I am so happy with the care and passion towards my case, after being T-boned and not able to walk for months due to injury and the loss of my car , a year later I am so happy with the results of my settlement thanks to Mike and the entire team I can finally breathe and relax again!

Colin O'Malley and the entire firm worked tirelessly for years to help us reach an agreement in our personal injury case. It was clear from the start that they cared about us and our little girl (also a plaintiff), and fought to find the desired outcome. While we certainly hope to never need COKT services again, we are confident that we would use them again in a heartbeat, and we would recommend anyone in need of representation to seek out COKT to handle their case.
