this firm has handled multiple claims in my practice as an out of network physician. there is a lack of communication, the firm’s main focus is getting your practice to give them more claims(they routinely call your office or request more claims from your staff which makes sense from a business standpoint ) but they have a lack of enthusiasm and follow through unless you have an extensive high volume of claims with them. they sell you the fact that they aggressively pursue claims with their contacts but most of these issues get resolved without any need for legal intervention
