I was referred by a coworker and i am sorry, I would not recommend to anyone. The secretary who answers the phone is very rude, unkind and unfriendly and no one does anything about it. I have complained about her for a year now. Communication is horrible, I went weeks and did not feel comfortable or sure of my next move. I did not feel my attorney or his phone aide was caring or understanding. My appt dates were always wrongly sent to me but lack of communication. There was def a lack of Empathy. If your looking for a attorney with time and patience and assistants with that same energy this is not it. Its the arrogance and lack of empathy and concern. You wanna feel comfort in your attorney and for a whole year my life was in shambles because of my case and the attorny's office made it no better. Im sorry, i am just being honest. I wont name bash because its rude but they need a newer team. One who enjoys what they do....

Promotions or Special Offers
Law firms, especially those specializing in personal injury and workers' compensation, often operate on a contingency fee basis. This means that clients typically do not pay attorney fees upfront. Instead, the firm’s fees are contingent upon winning the case or securing a settlement. If they don't win, you generally don't pay attorney fees. While specific "promotions" in the traditional sense (like discounts or limited-time offers) are not typical for legal services, the contingency fee arrangement itself serves as a significant benefit for clients, particularly those who may be facing financial hardship due to their injuries or inability to work.
Cohen, Snyder, Eisenberg & Katzenberg, P.A. likely offers free initial consultations, which is a common practice among personal injury and workers' compensation firms. This allows potential clients to discuss their case with an attorney without any obligation or upfront cost, enabling them to understand their legal options and the potential strength of their claim. It's a crucial "special offer" in the legal field, as it removes the financial barrier to seeking initial legal advice. For detailed information regarding their fee structure and to inquire about a free consultation, prospective clients are encouraged to contact their office directly. This will provide the most accurate and personalized information about how they handle fees for specific types of cases.

Feb 01, 2025 · C WI had a somewhat complicated workmans comp case and Tom and Henry won my case with very positive results. Can't say enough good things about this Law Firm. I would give them 20 stars. They do have a tremendous staff as well.
May 14, 2025 · Charles DunnIf I could give negative stats I would. Stuart Arnovits has very poor and aggressive communication with this clients, he is not fighting for you as he should be and unapologetic for his actions. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone who is passionate about being heard from their counsel hired by the client. He made me question if he was truely fighting for me or against me in my case.
May 23, 2025 · D WWorking with the team of Cohen, Snyder, Eisenberg & Katzenberg was a wonderful experience. Mr. Eisenberg is the representative i worked with and he made the entire experience hassle free, answered any and all questions no matter how significant or insignificant. Being in a car accident is traumatic enough and not knowing the proper steps to take can be daunting. I can't express enough how Mr. Eisenberg eased my mind and took me through the process of getting a representative to getting my car towed and repaired. What a unique experience, thank you Mr. Eisenberg. Sincerely, Yvette Lucas
