The ambiance with the music, the furniture, the lobby setup, it was so welcoming. The front desk ladies were so kind and smiling, the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Some may not prioritize such things. However, seeing smiley faces when you walk into a law firm, feeling like you matter is everything. It speaks to the customer service you will receive and the caliber of attorneys that will represent you. Whether facing difficult cases in criminal law, or the dreadful process of family law, the staff, attorneys, and everyone at CHM makes you feel like family. Highly recommended.

I spoke to about 5 other attorneys before I was referred to Jenifer, after each meeting with other attorneys I felt sick to my stomach, overwhelmed and anxious. When I got off the phone with Jenifer the first time, I felt calm and clear headed. I did not want a divorce and was very emotional and devastated during our first talk. She was so incredibly patient, knowledgable and encouraging. I never once felt like I was being nickled and dimed with fees and felt like she genuinely cared. Thankfully after months of couples therapy I was able to cancel the divorce proceedings- but I will recommend absolutely anyone I know who needs a divorce attorney to contact Jenifer.
