My case should have gone to a CMC 9 months into it, but instead she filed motion after motion knowing it cost 600$ an hour. They do great work, but I believe they enjoy playing the game.

Jan 10, 2024 · Johnny LamotheI have absolutely nothing good to say about this firm , and as so many others have concluded, this firms ads are little more than a sirens song , not unlike the tales of old mythology, and you'll likely find out , if you hire this firm , regret and an empty bank account is all you'll be left with in the end. Mine was a slow drain over many (8) months with little to no actual accomplishments to attribute to what I was being billed for , the final straw , before I fired them , was the outrageous bill i received from a few days they listed of "work" right around , coincidentally, Christmas, and that was enough! , having my retirement savings from my inherited funds from when my father passed a decade previous, basically lit on fire to satisfy this monstrous entity. At the end of the day , they are seemingly only interested in billable hours, not actually helping anyone. Sorry I can't give a lower rating to express just how disappointed I am in this firm.

I spent over $20,000 with his attorney and as soon as my court date came up they decided to quit my case. I have no idea why it's absolutely ridiculous and I'm so pissed I'm going to go to the bbb the attorney general's office and every possible review site to warn people about their laziness and lack of service. I had my husband are these people to settle a lawsuit from an ex-wife and it's been going on for two years. They have done nothing, they have transferred this case you to other attorneys, and start all over again, they keep adding up fees left and right, and it's just unbelievable how terrible the lack of communication is. Then I finally get a court date two-and-a-half years later and then they decides not represent me anymore. They stop representing me because they changed my attorney to an unknown person I've never spoken to. I don't check my emails often enough and they said that I didn't have a consultation with them so that's why they quit. I am now out $20,000 an hour to go fight this in court on my phone in 3 days. I just really can't believe how terrible this place is. They have no empathy on the standing for their clients. A treat us like roadkill. If they do not do anything to fix this tomorrow I'm going to sue the living daylights of of them. Just completely and utterly unprofessional irresponsible juvenile novice and lazy this firm in Orlando is. If you are reading this now Cordell & Cordell, please contact my spouse (H.M. Diehl) immediately to resolve this or you will make sure you will be held responsible. Good day
