I was recently looking thru old papers and i found a paper mr cullen represented my wife, she asked him to represent her in a case, a severance pay. he said sure i will do it, he needed a 1200 down payment. i payed him and 2 weeks later he sent us a letter stating he went and sent one letter to the defendents. and that is all he could do, one letter if he told us he was just sending one letter, for sure he would not have gotten the 1200. has anyone had problems with this lawyer. i find it ridiculous it cost me 1200 for a nice letter , he sent to them. what level of this is right, like i said i even asked him what he was going to do and gave us a big speech this is wrong u r in the right to get this money. lol 1200 one letter mr cullen please u r not worth 1200 for one letter falsely represented himself, he eventually threw me out of his office, because i spoken up, did not threaten him just public speakin my mind. maybe 250 but not 1200.

When searching for legal assistance in Scranton, Pennsylvania, through platforms like "Lawyers Near Me," it's crucial to gather comprehensive information to make an informed decision. Cullen Christopher is an attorney located at 2 W Olive St, Scranton, PA 18508, USA. Individuals seeking legal counsel in the local area may consider his services.

Information regarding the specific environment of Cullen Christopher's office is not detailed online. However, law offices typically aim to provide a professional and private setting for client consultations. The location on West Olive Street suggests accessibility for residents of Scranton and the surrounding areas.

The precise legal services offered by Cullen Christopher are not explicitly listed in the provided information. However, based on the nature of legal practices and the needs of individuals seeking lawyers through a platform like "Lawyers Near Me," it can be inferred that he likely handles various legal matters. These could potentially include areas such as:

Civil Litigation: Representing clients in disputes that do not involve criminal charges. This can encompass a wide range of issues, such as contract disputes, property disagreements, and other civil claims.

General Practice: Some lawyers offer services across multiple areas of law, providing assistance with a variety of legal issues that individuals and businesses may face.

It's important to note that without a specific list of his practice areas, individuals should directly inquire about his expertise in their particular legal matter.

Features that distinguish a legal practice can vary. Clients often seek lawyers who are experienced, knowledgeable, communicative, and dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for their case. Local lawyers may possess a strong understanding of the local court system and legal community, which can be beneficial.

However, it is essential to consider all available information when evaluating a lawyer's suitability. The provided reviews offer a glimpse into the experiences of past clients. One review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the services received, specifically mentioning a substantial fee charged for what the client perceived as minimal work (sending a single letter) in a severance pay case. The reviewer alleges misrepresentation regarding the scope of work and describes a negative interaction in the lawyer's office. This account raises concerns about communication, billing practices, and client relations.

In contrast, another review simply states, "Excellent lawyer," offering a positive perspective. This stark contrast highlights the subjective nature of individual experiences and the importance of considering multiple viewpoints when forming an opinion.

Given the limited and conflicting information available, it is crucial for potential clients to conduct thorough due diligence. This includes:

Direct Inquiry: Contacting Cullen Christopher's office directly at (570) 343-6256 or +1 570-343-6256 to inquire about his specific areas of practice, fees, and consultation process.

Seeking Additional Reviews: Searching for reviews on other online platforms or legal directories to gain a broader understanding of past client experiences.

Requesting References: If possible, asking for references from past clients who have handled similar legal matters.

Initial Consultation: Scheduling an initial consultation to discuss your specific legal needs and assess the lawyer's communication style, understanding of your case, and proposed approach.

Regarding promotional information, none is explicitly provided in the given data. Typically, lawyers might promote services through free initial consultations, highlighting specific areas of expertise, or showcasing successful case outcomes (while maintaining client confidentiality). Without such information, it is not possible to comment on any promotional aspects of Cullen Christopher's practice.

In conclusion, while Cullen Christopher is a practicing lawyer in Scranton, PA, the available information presents a mixed picture. The positive review suggests some clients have had favorable experiences, while the detailed negative review raises significant concerns regarding communication, billing, and the value of services provided in at least one instance. Potential clients in the "Lawyers Near Me" category should carefully consider this information and conduct their own thorough investigation before engaging his services. It is recommended to prioritize direct communication and seek a comprehensive understanding of the lawyer's expertise, fees, and approach to their specific legal needs.
