The only reason Brad Davis is getting even a star from me is because this page would not allow me to give zero stars. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this deceitful, little man. To call him a shyster is a complete understatement. I have never been more overpromised and underdelivered upon with results in my life. He accepted no accountability for his terrible performance after the fact in court, either. When I initially tried to follow up with him after my poor results in court, he yelled and cursed at me over the phone then hung up. Do not trust this little man with anything. He will completely lie to your face and feel no guilt about misrepresenting himself or you in a court of law. I am fairly sure he used me as a sacrificial lamb to the Commonwealth's Attorney in order to get something beneficial back from her on another case. The plea agreement reached was not even close to what he stated in our initial meeting. In my opinion, he breached an ethical code of conduct. I told him during my court proceedings that this was not even close to what we discussed and that I was not in agreement with it. He just told me to hush and trust him. I could have represented myself and received the same, if not better, results. Open the yellow pages under the lawyer section, close your eyes, and drop a finger on a random name. My bet is that you will do far better than this character.
