Jan 24, 2025 · Brenda WareI am a true believer in disability advocates! They help navigate SS Claims. Disability Help Group helped navigate, answer any questions that we had anytime something came up and helped remind us of what was still needed. 25% if back pay is awarded is a small price for the assistance that is given! Thank you for all you do!
May 01, 2025 · Carol BakerRUN. this place is HORRIBLE. I requested legel representation for help with my disability claim. This place has forgotten appointments. Failed to be on time to pre trial hearing and even missed one COMPLETELY. Dave Completely forgot my story during pre trial hearing one and two which was nearly 4 days apart. The second one was requested as I wasn't confident. They didn't update the courts with my contact info which resulted in a delay of hearing the first time, this was confirmed by the court clerks office. The representatives up front are also incompetent and unprofessional, I even received a call one day stating they cannot continue the case as I don't have enough credits after 2 years of working with them, When I reached out that was apparently a "mistake" and I was fine. The day of the trial i wasn't advocated for, he just barely spoke and my presentation was horrible due to my severe anxiety and concentration. I was alone during that hearing and 100% felt it. I was asked questions that didn't make sense to me and I LOOKED like a fool to the judge. I called with displeasure at the end only to be told "it's 50/50 at this point. Fast forward to the denial, not one call from Dave explaining anything, I had to reach out and tell them as I noticed it via the portal. They swore up and down the functional limitation reports which the drs supported were extremely important and I have years of evidence supporting my struggles yet those did nothing. Fast forward to today, I called to obtain MY records, Gave my name and was hastily hung up on. Now no one will answer and a voicemail isn't even an option. Do NOT trust this place with your life, your stability and recovery depends on it.
Jan 22, 2025 · Not TodayI would recommend the Disability help group in Mesa Arizona to anyone that has a disability and keeps getting denied. I was at the end of my rope until I became a client of the Disability Help Group. All the staff is very polite and more than willing to help you. I never had to go to the office which was convenient they provided their services primarily through the phone and mail. David Osborne was my lawyer and he did a phenomenal job. He managed to get me a hearing with a judge, which he prepared me for in advance. He also made sure my records and information were obtained and presented to the judge in a timely fashion. Communication was always clear. If it weren’t for the Disability Help Group I would have no benefits at all. It is true that their cut of the back pay is 25% but it’s well worth it, and you don’t pay it out of pocket for their services.
Aug 12, 2024 · xuandrea tullieI was having trouble with SSI sign-up (denied, when my wife was obviously disabled). A separate Government employee, working on a different issue, suggested I contact Disability Help Group, and she gave me their number It took time, but minimal effort on my part, and she was completely approved for SSI. I was surprised at the end, because the Social Security Admin even told Disability Help how much money they were allotted, telling me they couldn’t ask for more ( they didn’t, of course, but I thought it was great they were in on the whole thing and that kind of” protected” us). I highly recommend them in helping!
