Sep 13, 2022 · D. S.I engaged Ellaretha (Jones) Coleman in 2013 for a divorce case. After I paid Ms. Jones, she promptly disappeared and would not return my calls. I had to pose as a new client in order to get her to call me back. When I finally succeeded in reaching her, nearly several months later, she hastily emailed me what was clearly a Microsoft Word divorce template that appears as if it had been found in an online search. The template was missing key information that Ms. Jones/Coleman and I had discussed in my initial consultation and was clearly not admissible in any court of law. After exerting so much effort to get the services I paid for and wasting months of time in the process, I decided to give up and do it myself. This resulted in additional costs and inconvenience for me as I had to file my case on my own (pro se) and take care of all the custody arrangements. I do not recommend this law firm, as I did not receive the services that I paid for and wasted time and money in the process. She is a con-woman and professional scam artist. Seek legal counsel elsewhere.

Mrs. Coleman, my lead attorney, started out with major amounts of compassion toward my situation. She did not “lawyer me“. She was a human being showing understanding toward another human being and assured me that (at all costs) she will make sure I got the best result possible. That is the case! It is such a rare occasion to walk into a problem and actually receive justice and an accurate solution. I would highly recommend anyone to hire this firm with whatever issue they’re facing. Apr 25, 2019 · Marc NelsonE. Jones & Associates was recommended to me by a coworker. Initially everything was great. As the case prolonged communication was horrible. You have to go through hell and high water to even get a response back! Well she did win the case, but the parenting plan was done incorrectly so now we have to deal with more drama and can’t get this resolved because NO ONE can get in touch with Mrs. Coleman. It’s truly sad that this isn’t over and done with because of the neglect of thoroughness. It’s one thing when you just make a mistake. It’s another thing when you won’t and can’t be reached to fix it. All of this could’ve been avoided. If you want a lawyer that keeps communication throughout your case this is not the one for you. Since there’s no more exchange of money I assume she doesn’t feel the need to correct the issue. Don’t believe the hype with seeing the 5 ⭐️. I would be generous and give a 1⭐️ because she won the case.
