I reviewed the website and read some content that specifically addressed my issue which surprised me and actually gabe me some hope. From the first contact by Erin to the last contact I had with Ansley I had nothing but an outstanding experience (weird to say given the situation). Erin and the entire team at EHG are low key the essence of client centered service, passionate about their jobs, absolute bull dogs when it comes to advocating and navigating the legal system, and overall just good humans. They tailor their communications (a lot or minimal) based on preference of the client and for me personally, I needed a lot of communication. They were available and fast to respond with each inquiry and if I didn't respond right away I never felt shamed or disrespected. I felt that delicate matters were taken seriously and handled with great care and respect. Ansley and Juanita went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and the resolution they delivered was beyond what I even thought or could have hoped for. Jennifer was amazing and kept me updated throughout my time with EHG on various things and Pam was a consistent and calming behind the scenes presence. **UPDATE: I had such a positive and smooth experience with EHG Law Firm that I reached out recently on behalf of someone else who I believed could benefit from what EHG has to offer.
