LADRONES Y RUDOS. WARNING!!!! THIEVES!!! They stole $300 from my senior parents who did their taxes with them. My parents don't work or get much money from taxes and these thieves stole $300 from them. On top of that, they are unprofessional and extremely rude when you call. DO NOT GO TO THEM.

It happened to me that they did a translation of a document and I paid the $30 they charged in advance so that when they finished it they would send it to me by email, which was what we agreed upon. In the end they finished it for me but they told me that I had to pay them an extra $20 to send it to me by email when that was not the deal and in the end they made me go pick up the document even though I told them that I would pay them for the difficult work of sending it by mail, they did not want to. Or possibly they are ignorant and don't know how to send an e-mail...I think they did try to rob me but in the end they were embarrassed.
