I was referred here by another attorney that was well aquatinted with the attorneys at this facility. Long story short I asked for a phone counseltation and Maria said that wasn’t possible because I had to sign paperwork. She than called me “ Mam” I asked her if she just called me “ mam” and she said “ im sorry I thought you said you were a female”. Never once did I say that nor do I sound like a female. Avoid these attorneys at all cost. They shouldn’t have people like Maria representing there company.

Embry Neusner & Arscott, LLC Introduce

For individuals and businesses in Groton, Connecticut, seeking legal counsel, Embry Neusner & Arscott, LLC operates from their office located at 118 Poquonnock Rd, Groton, CT 06340, USA. As a law firm listed under the "Lawyers Near Me" category, they offer a local presence for those in the Groton area seeking legal assistance. However, it is important for prospective clients to consider all available information, including recent customer reviews, when evaluating their legal options.

While specific details about the office environment of Embry Neusner & Arscott, LLC are not readily available online, law firms typically maintain a professional setting for client consultations and administrative work. Located on Poquonnock Road in Groton, the office likely provides private meeting spaces for confidential discussions and areas for staff to manage client cases. Accessibility to the office, including parking and building access, would be factors for local clients to consider and can be confirmed by contacting the firm directly.

The provided customer reviews offer some insight, albeit limited and negative, into the potential services and client interactions at Embry Neusner & Arscott, LLC. One review details an unsatisfactory experience with an initial request for a phone consultation, stating that it was denied due to a requirement for signed paperwork. The reviewer also recounts an interaction with a staff member named Maria that they found unprofessional and discriminatory. This review does not provide specific information about the areas of law the firm handles but raises concerns about initial client communication and professionalism.

The second review is significantly more detailed and focuses specifically on the firm's handling of a Worker's Compensation case. The reviewer expresses strong dissatisfaction, alleging that the firm charged a percentage of regular weekly checks in addition to a portion of the Permanent Partial Disability (PPD) settlement, which they believe was not legally justified until the PPD checks began. The reviewer further claims that the firm was passive in addressing delays in check payments from the opposing insurance company, which were allegedly sent directly to the firm rather than the injured party. The review concludes by stating that the firm was ineffective in advocating for the client's interests, causing hardship for their family over an extended period. This detailed account suggests that while the firm may handle Worker's Compensation cases, at least one client had a severely negative experience with their representation in this area.

Based on the limited information and the negative nature of the provided reviews, it is challenging to objectively outline the firm's features or promotional aspects. The reviews, in fact, serve as cautionary feedback for potential clients. The first review highlights potential issues with initial client intake and customer service, while the second raises serious concerns about the firm's handling of a Worker's Compensation case, including billing practices and advocacy for the client.

Given the nature of the available feedback, it would be prudent for local users in Groton, CT, searching for "Lawyers Near Me" to carefully consider these reviews alongside any other information they may find about Embry Neusner & Arscott, LLC. While every individual's experience can vary, these accounts raise potential red flags regarding client communication, professionalism, and the handling of at least one specific type of case (Worker's Compensation). Prospective clients should conduct thorough due diligence, which may include seeking additional reviews or references, and asking detailed questions about the firm's practices and experience in their specific area of legal need during an initial consultation (if they choose to have one).

For local users in Groton, CT, who are considering Embry Neusner & Arscott, LLC for their legal needs, the available customer reviews present a mixed and concerning picture. The negative experiences shared by these reviewers should be taken into account when making a decision about legal representation. While the firm is located in Groton and listed as a local legal option, potential clients should weigh the reported issues against any potential benefits of their local presence. It is strongly recommended to seek further information and potentially consult with other law firms in the area to ensure they find representation that meets their needs and expectations for professionalism, service, and effective advocacy.

In conclusion, Embry Neusner & Arscott, LLC, located in Groton, CT, is a local law firm accessible to residents in the area. However, the limited customer feedback available online is negative, with one review citing issues with initial client interaction and professionalism, and another detailing significant dissatisfaction with the firm's handling of a Worker's Compensation case, including concerns about billing and advocacy. For local users in the "Lawyers Near Me" category, it is crucial to approach this firm with caution and to conduct thorough research, including seeking additional reviews and potentially consulting with other attorneys, before making a decision about legal representation. The negative feedback suggests potential challenges in client service and specific areas of legal practice.

They may be good for small stuff but don't bring them a Worker's Compensation case. They will rip you off for 20% of every single regular weekly check you get, they'll have you sign a contract giving them money they are not legally entitled to until the PPD checks start rolling in just before final settlement. They will sit back and do absolutely nothing while the opposing insurance company is habitually late in mailing paper checks...directly to them instead of you the injured party. They will not stand up. They will not complain to the court on your behalf while your family languishes and suffers due to their ineptitude for over a year. In short, they're useless for a Worker's Compensation case. Maybe they should stick to ambulance chasing.

Christine Conoly is the most amazing attorney I have ever met! She is hard working and doesn't stop until the client is satisfied. Her assistant is always available when Christine is not. The entire office is professional, but friendly and caring! I can't say enough about them. I would refer her and her office to anyone that needs help! She helped me through one of the worst times of my life!

I am very leery when it comes to attorneys and lawyers. However the staff and the lawyers at this office made me feel comfortable and quite frankly right at home. They listened and were quite helpful to all my needs and concerns. After hitting a roadblock in my treatment and plan a recovery. I was getting nowhere fast, they were highly recommended from a friend. I went to the office and was quite surprised with they're helpfulness their concern and care for my well-being. Soon after things started turning around and my plan of care was being addressed once again. I can't over a state how much they've helped and how much I truly recommend them.
