We used Employer Solutions Law to draft a employee contract. On our initial phone conversation Karen spoke highly of her firm as she was an excellent sales women. However, upon hiring of her firm her team spent wasteful hours on a product that did not meet my requirements. I took the time to explain to them precisely what we needed and their attorney still failed to deliver what we had discussed and needed in the contract while they stretched their billable time. They over promised and under delivered then billed us for attorney's time and paralegal's time. The entire process was non-professional and over charged with subpar quality of product. Upon some email exchanges to come to a resolution, they offered a small credit of $185 removing the paralegal's time. They invoiced me $831 for a 1 page document that was provide days after the agreed upon deadline. Attorney's that worked on the project were: Carole Notley Erin M O'Leary Total Fees $831.00 I do not recommend this firm to anyone.

They can be contacted at (425) 644-6142 or via their mobile phone number +1 425-644-6142. When searching for "Lawyers Near Me" with a focus on business and employment law, Employer Solutions Law presents itself as a local option.

The available online reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the services provided by Employer Solutions Law. One detailed review recounts a negative experience where the client engaged the firm to draft an employee contract. According to this client, the initial phone conversation with Karen, presumably representing the firm, was characterized by strong salesmanship and high promises. However, the client's experience after hiring the firm was significantly less positive. They allege that the legal team spent what the client perceived as "wasteful hours" on a contract that ultimately did not meet their specific requirements, despite the client having clearly explained their needs. The client further states that the delivered contract failed to align with their discussions and needs, while the firm allegedly stretched their billable time, billing for both attorney and paralegal hours.

This reviewer described the entire process as "non-professional" and "over charged" for a "subpar quality of product." Following email exchanges to seek a resolution, the firm reportedly offered a small credit of $185 by removing the paralegal's time. The client was ultimately invoiced $831 for what they described as a one-page document delivered several days after the agreed-upon deadline. The attorneys who reportedly worked on this project were identified as Carole Notley and Erin M O'Leary. Based on this experience, the client explicitly stated, "I do not recommend this firm to anyone." This detailed negative review raises serious concerns about the firm's ability to understand and meet client needs, their billing practices, and their overall professionalism, at least in this particular instance.

In stark contrast, another review offers a brief but overwhelmingly positive sentiment, stating, "Fantastic to work with. Wonderful, intelligent people with your company's best interests at heart." This feedback paints a completely different picture of Employer Solutions Law, highlighting positive attributes such as being "fantastic to work with," having "wonderful, intelligent people," and prioritizing the client's best interests. This concise positive review suggests that at least one client had a highly satisfactory experience with the firm.

Given these conflicting reviews, it is challenging to definitively describe the typical environment, services, and features of Employer Solutions Law. The negative review suggests potential issues with communication, efficiency, and client satisfaction in some cases. The positive review, on the other hand, implies a professional and client-focused environment where the team is knowledgeable and dedicated to achieving the client's goals.

Without further information, it is difficult to ascertain the specific areas of employment law in which Employer Solutions Law specializes. Employment law encompasses a wide range of issues, including drafting employment contracts, handling workplace disputes, advising on compliance with labor laws, dealing with discrimination claims, and more. The negative review specifically mentions the drafting of an employee contract, suggesting that this is one of the services they offer. The positive review is more general and does not specify the type of legal assistance provided.

The features of Employer Solutions Law are also not clearly defined by the limited and contradictory reviews. The negative review highlights concerns about overbilling, failure to meet client requirements, and a lack of professionalism. In contrast, the positive review emphasizes the intelligence and client-focused approach of the people at the firm. It is possible that different clients have varying experiences based on the specific attorneys they work with or the nature of their legal needs.

From a promotional standpoint, the conflicting reviews present a challenge. The firm would likely want to emphasize the positive feedback, highlighting their "wonderful, intelligent people" and their commitment to having the client's "best interests at heart." They might focus on their expertise in specific areas of employment law relevant to businesses in the Bellevue area. However, the detailed negative review cannot be ignored and should prompt potential clients to conduct thorough due diligence and potentially seek clarification on the firm's processes and billing practices.

For local users searching for "Lawyers Near Me" specializing in employment law for businesses, Employer Solutions Law is a local option in Bellevue, WA. However, the significant discrepancy in the online reviews suggests the importance of careful consideration. Potential clients should weigh the detailed negative experience against the brief positive feedback and consider reaching out to the firm directly to discuss their specific needs, billing procedures, and the qualifications of the attorneys who would be handling their case. It might also be prudent to seek additional reviews or references to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the firm's overall reputation and service quality.

In conclusion, the available online information for Employer Solutions Law in Bellevue, WA, presents a mixed picture. While one client had a highly positive experience, another detailed significant dissatisfaction with the firm's handling of an employee contract, including concerns about overbilling and failure to meet requirements. Without further information or a larger pool of reviews, it is difficult to provide a definitive assessment of the firm's environment, services, and features. Local businesses seeking employment law assistance in Bellevue should approach Employer Solutions Law with caution, carefully considering the available feedback and conducting thorough due diligence before engaging their services.
