This firm was incredibly unhelpful. Seems to be a call center type firm that responds with generic responses. I called on Friday and was told someone would call me back that day. Monday they called and immediately hung up after 1 ring then sent me a generic email stating this was their second attempt at contacting me and asked me to fill out an elaborate form. They then responded to the form with a generic response directing me to govt resources to file a complaint. Resources I already have and included in my form to them. Resources who directed me to contact an attorney for immediate help. This seems to be a law firm operating on volume and cookie-cutter, simple cases. Go elsewhere for disability discrimination and retaliation. This ain’t the place. I need a real person who can offer real help and advice.

Feb 21, 2025 · Christopher HardawayEmployment and Consumer Law was by far the best firm I could have chosen for my case. Brandon Hall was the attorney who represented my case. I cannot say enough great things about him. Brandon was professional, supportive , and sensitive to my feelings throughout the process. He was very patient with me as it was a sensitive case. The outcome was better than I expected. If you want an attorney that is passionate, knowledgeable of the law and will fight for your case, then I would highly recommend Brandon Hall of the Employment and Consumer Law firm.
Dec 09, 2022 · Brenda LeeI am making this review for the company but more specifically, attorney Brandon Hall. Brandon has represented me throughout a case in a very respectful and professional manner while also making me feel reassured. He kept fighting for me and my family for the justice that we deserved. I believe God has put Brandon Hall in my path while I was going through such a hard time with the situation that I was in. He went straight to the point and didn’t waste any time. I highly recommend Brandon Hall, as he carries himself with the knowledge, expertise, and loyalty to his clients. I am very grateful that he was able to help me move forward from the situation that I was in. Thank you Brandon! God bless!
May 17, 2019 · Pauline Palcon (TheLovelyPauline)Jon Street was wonderful. He got back to me almost immediately when I began my search for an attorney, and was very patient with all of my questions. A few months later my potential case was passed on to Brandon Hall. He was very nice, but I was disappointed with his communication. I appreciated his honesty, and the honesty of everyone at the firm regarding my potential case. However, I felt I was lead on a bit. Brandon had important documents for about 4 months that were supposed to be returned to me within a week. Additionally the emails became scarcer and scarcer. I wouldn't get a response until I sent a follow up email or called, and even then I would get an excuse that I must not have received his last email because he never got a response from me. I responded to every email. I completely understand why the firm was not able to take my case, but I wish this could have been communicated more efficiently so that I would have been able to find another attorney sooner. I felt confident that everyone at this firm that I spoke with definitely knew their stuff, but once I fell low on the list of priorities I did not feel valued at all.
