They even went to battle for us constantly pushing the lenders and sellers to get it all done. We are so unbelievably grateful for their due diligence and all the extra information we received! Truly a blessing to have had them on our side.

Mar 15, 2024 · Naudia WaltonThe receptionist is not personable at all. She never spoke when I walked in. I had to speak to her, and it appeared it was a chore for her to respond. After providing payment of the EMD, I had to request a copy of the receipt. Why would she think it was ok not to provide me with a receipt?! Next, out of the blue, Susan calls with a great attitude. Unfortunately, this didn't go well after the fact due to people doing what they want to do. So she says she is calling to verify the names are spelled correctly for the title. Then she says she wants to order it and if it is ok. I informed her that I hadn't heard anything from the lender as of yet, so I wasn't comfortable and let me check with my husband about that as well as the surveying which she never called back to give me the quote. Next, Cindy calls, stating the lender has requested a property search, and she needed to know if my husband and I owned the property together, etc. At no time did she say she was calling to get consent for the search. She just stated the lender requested. At the end of the day, she thought it was ok to go back and forth about cancelation fees for some things that they took it upon themselves to do without our consent. I had to reach out to the lender as well as realtor to get those waived after informing them I would just call my attorney to handle it. Cindy and Susan both are highly unprofessional. Lastly, when we went to pick up the check it had pay to the order or my husband and myself which was strange when the certified check came out of my account. If you see this law firm do business elsewhere.
