Flowers Law Practice Introduce

When seeking legal representation in Indianapolis, Indiana, individuals and businesses are often looking for an attorney who is not only knowledgeable and hardworking but also someone they can trust implicitly with their most critical legal matters. Flowers Law Practice aims to serve the Indiana community by providing legal assistance across various case types. Located in the heart of Indianapolis, Flowers Law Practice is accessible to those seeking legal counsel.

The experience of clients with Flowers Law Practice, led by Josh Flowers, appears to be varied. One client expresses immense satisfaction, stating, "The best attorney i have ever Dealt with. He is Knowledgeable and hardworking, will answer any question you may have right away, he won 2 of my cases so far, very reasonable pricing, will definitely recommend to everyone i know. Thank you Josh for all your hard work !!!" This positive review highlights successful outcomes, prompt communication, and fair pricing.

However, another very detailed review presents significant concerns regarding professional conduct and client representation. This review alleges violations of client rights and confidentiality, specifically mentioning an instance where the attorney allegedly arranged a meeting with a prosecutor without the client's knowledge or consent, leading to detrimental outcomes for the client's case and unrelated lawsuit. The reviewer expresses profound guilt and a belief that the attorney's actions led to the client's incarceration and loss of a police brutality lawsuit. This review also critiques the attorney's communication skills in court, alleging a lack of effective presentation and missed opportunities to challenge prosecution claims with available evidence. The reviewer even expresses a desire to seek justice for the client and for the attorney to face consequences, including potentially losing his license.

These contrasting reviews illustrate that while some clients have had very positive experiences, others have raised serious allegations regarding the firm's practices and the attorney's effectiveness. Prospective clients in Indiana are encouraged to consider all available information and conduct thorough due diligence when evaluating legal representation.

Situated within a professional office building, the firm’s premises provide a discreet and formal setting for client meetings and legal consultations.

The accessibility of this downtown Indianapolis location is a significant benefit for Indiana residents seeking legal counsel. It is strategically positioned within reach of major roadways, ensuring straightforward travel from various parts of the city and surrounding counties. Based on the provided client testimonials, Flowers Law Practice appears to offer legal services that primarily involve litigation and legal representation in various case types. While not explicitly detailed, the reviews suggest involvement in:

  • Criminal Defense: One client explicitly mentions the attorney "won 2 of my cases so far," which, combined with the detailed negative review discussing a client facing charges and a prosecutor, strongly suggests criminal defense as a key area of practice. This would typically involve representing individuals accused of various crimes, navigating court proceedings, negotiations, and trial defense.

  • Litigation Support: The references to court, prosecutor, judge, and "lawsuit against the police" indicate that Flowers Law Practice engages in litigation, representing clients in courtroom settings. This involves preparing cases for trial, presenting arguments, and cross-examining witnesses.

  • General Legal Counsel: The positive review mentions the attorney being "Knowledgeable and hardworking, will answer any question you may have right away," suggesting a willingness to provide general legal advice and guidance across various legal inquiries that clients may have.

It is important to note that the extent and specific focus of "other" case types, beyond what is explicitly mentioned or strongly implied, are not detailed in the provided information. Prospective clients should directly inquire about the firm's specific practice areas to ensure they align with their legal needs.

Based on the provided customer reviews, Flowers Law Practice, under the guidance of Josh Flowers, exhibits a mix of perceived strengths and significant concerns.

Perceived Strengths (from positive review):

  • Knowledgeable and Hardworking: The positive review highlights the attorney's legal knowledge and dedication, suggesting a commitment to understanding case details and putting in the effort required.

  • Responsive Communication: "Will answer any question you may have right away" indicates prompt and accessible communication, which is a highly valued trait in legal representation.

  • Successful Outcomes: The claim of having "won 2 of my cases so far" points to a track record of achieving favorable results for some clients.

  • Reasonable Pricing: "Very reasonable pricing" suggests that the firm offers competitive rates for its services, which can be an important factor for clients.

Significant Concerns (from negative review):

  • Allegations of Ethical Violations and Breach of Confidentiality: The most serious concerns revolve around the alleged act of arranging a meeting with a prosecutor without the client's knowledge or consent, and allegedly discussing the client's separate lawsuit with a different attorney. These actions, if true, would constitute severe breaches of legal ethics and client confidentiality.

  • Client Rights Violation and Detrimental Outcomes: The reviewer claims the attorney's actions "ruined the life of his client and did so by violating his rights," leading to loss of freedom and a police brutality lawsuit. This suggests a failure to protect the client's best interests and potentially causing significant harm.

  • Poor Communication and Courtroom Effectiveness: The review criticizes the attorney's communication skills, describing him as "stutters and stumbles," "long winded," and lacking the ability to "effectively say things in court." Specific examples are given of missed opportunities to introduce crucial evidence or object to false testimony, even when prompted by the client.

  • Lack of Action to Correct Errors: The reviewer alleges that the attorney "did not fix his wrongs" and "stayed silent" when he should have appealed or addressed his alleged incompetence. This suggests a lack of accountability for perceived mistakes.

These contrasting perspectives highlight the importance of thorough investigation and direct communication for any prospective client considering Flowers Law Practice.

As with most professional legal services, specific, publicly advertised "promotions or special offers" are not typically a common feature of Flowers Law Practice's operations. The value of legal representation lies in the personalized expertise, strategic counsel, and dedicated advocacy provided to clients during their specific legal challenges.

However, it is common practice for law firms to offer initial consultations to prospective clients. These consultations are an opportunity to discuss your specific legal situation, understand the potential complexities of your case, and learn how Flowers Law Practice might be able to assist you. While the provided information does not specify if these initial consultations are complimentary, offered at a reduced rate, or structured in another way, it is always recommended to contact the firm directly to inquire about their consultation policy, fee structure, and how they handle new client engagements. Direct communication is the best way to obtain accurate and up-to-date information regarding their services and to ascertain how they can address your unique legal needs.

It is recommended to call ahead and schedule an appointment to ensure that an attorney is available to provide you with the focused attention and dedicated time necessary to discuss your legal concerns thoroughly.

For Indiana residents considering legal representation, Flowers Law Practice in Indianapolis offers a central and accessible location for legal consultations. Based on the provided client feedback, experiences with the firm appear to be quite varied. Some clients have reported very positive outcomes, highlighting the attorney's knowledge, hard work, responsiveness, and reasonable pricing, finding him effective in winning cases. However, other feedback raises serious concerns regarding professional conduct, alleged violations of client rights and confidentiality, and perceived ineffectiveness in court.

Given these contrasting perspectives, the suitability of Flowers Law Practice for locals in Indiana will depend heavily on individual needs and a thorough assessment of all available information. While the firm has demonstrated the ability to achieve positive results for some, the detailed negative allegations necessitate careful consideration by prospective clients. He ruined the life of his client and did so by violating his rights. Costing him his freedom and his lawsuit against the police for police brutality. He asked me to come in and speak to THE PROSECUTOR WITHOUT HIS CLIENTS KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT ON A CASE HE WASNT EVEN ON! He had no right to ask that I speak with the other side behind his clients back when I had no idea what was going on. He tricked me! He told me I was going to meet with him but when I came up to the location he gave me he said I was talking to the prosecutor and it was ok. He told me to tell The prosecutor about his clients suit with a different attorney that was not himself Mr Flowers. It wasn't Mr Flowers business to even say anything. He broke confidentiality and other laws. I was a young dumb college student. I was scared and just answered questions! The prosecutor took what I told him to court next day and used exactly what I said AGAINST Mr. Flowers and his own client. I sat in the pews mortified that he told the judge to find the client guilty so he would have a harder time or even impossible time winning his lawsuit for the injuries he had incurred. He said this. He knew this was the way to get the client sent to prison on all charges and lose his chance to get justice by telling the judge this! The corruption is that this means The prosecutor had The judge make a verdict based on a separate case not even in his jurisdiction. The judge agreed with the prosecution and found him guilty! Mr Flowers knows what he did. The client should sue him. I should. I live with guilt that I took the opportunity for a hurt person to not get justice even though I had no clue I was used. It keeps me awake at night. This man should lose his liscence and face charges. He should own up to his mistakes and correct them by filing an appeal about his own incompetence for that client. He stayed silent. He did not fix his wrongs. I stayed silent since 2015 because I was so ashamed and scared to say anything in Indiana for fear the prosecutor made or threatened him as this lawsuit regarded police and the city which could cost them and look politically damaging at a time of hightened police brutality cases. and I was terrified I would have similiar persecution if I spoke up. I moved to a different state so I feel no fear in saying what happened. It's not fair what happened. This man is an awful lawyer and what the above person said about him being silent when he shouldn't be is true. He stutters and stumbles. He's long winded and doesn't know how to effectively say things in court. It's not about the judge he literally is not a good communicator under pressure. You could tell he had no idea what to say when to say it and things that were important. Like a prosecution witness lying that there was a red protected arrow at a stop when there is no such thing at that stop light. Only green and yellow. Pictures or a video of the light were in his possession because I took them and sent them to Mr. Flowers. Easy evidence of the lies! There was construction on the left hand turn by the city so the client had to go around the construction. It would have shown reasonable doubt to catch the persecution main witness lying on the stand! he didn't say anything. Even when the client wrote it down for him to say objection he said nothing! The client told me after this himself! If anyone sees this and can help me bring this man to justice and justice for his client please do it. He deserved justice. Client Christopher r. Clark now Chris Klark on fb. I was his best friend at the time. God bless true justice. Let it be so someday.

Flowers is friendly, answers all Questions, works hard. BUT when it comes to court he backs down, he doesnt say the things that he planned to say. He becomes shy. Hes not straight foward and hes low voiced. You dont want a lawyer like that. You want a strong voiced lawyer that knows what hes doing and doesn't back down. I dont recomend this lawyer to anyone.

I'd trust Flower's Law Practice to represent me in any case and I'm anything but a trusting person. Josh has helped me out numerous times. I get into odd situations on the net that most lawyers can't understand, but not this one. This ones a gem.
