I just had them refunded because its now 6 months later and my bankruptcy could have been being wrapped up by now. Also, the communication is subpar. I should also note, I gave them a second chance after leaving a bad review in the beginning. I also gave them time when they asked for it because they were working other cases. Should have just been upfront from the beginning. Very unprofessional, especially because of how fast and accessible I made everything you need document wise the SAME day.

The initial phone conversation with him immediately allayed some of my fears and anxieties about our legal problem through his warm, relaxed and comforting tone. His choice of words were also very reassuring. He provided me options to resolve our legal matter and also, assisted in us in deciding the best path to take given our current circumstance. He and his team were very thorough in explaining the next steps and the required documents we need to submit for our case. They were also very understanding and compassionate about the urgency of the actions we need to take and worked past midnight in order to submit our papers to the court on time. I cannot thank Attorney Richard and his team enough for everything they have done to us in a short span of time, given the little time we have left to respond to the matter.
