Hired Daniel in 2023 for an issue for a family member and had to unfortunately (for me) hire him again for another issue in 2025. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. He has walked us through every step of the way for each issue. Original issue was a felony matter for a family member and the other was a misdemeanor issue. He treats every case with the same level of professionalism and care. He does his best to always show up in person even if it means he is driving to three different cities across the state in one day. He has extensive experience over his career and has a knack for working with people who are dealing with severe mental health issues and veterans issues. I hope I never need to use his services again but if I needed to, I would definitely hire him. His rates are beyond fair and the level of effort is exemplary.

Apr 21, 2025 路 Jamie HairstonDUIs are expensive. You should take your money to another attorney. I was arrested for my first DUI and was barely over the legal limit. I live outside of Arizona and entrusted that things would be handled appropriately by my paid attorney. I was not advised to go to trial, no fight was put up against anything the court sentenced, and I was advised to just accept the plea deal. Where is the representation that one expects when paying almost $10,000? I made travel arrangements to fly across the country for my sentencing date and subsequent 24-hour jail sentence, something that Daniel was supposed to schedule for me in Scottsdale jail. I took time off work and flew to Phoenix, expecting to stay the night in jail. After the sentencing, I was informed by Daniel that he did not schedule the stay and my only option was to stay in Maricopa County jail for the night (murderers, rapists, etc. are also there). I declined the offer and began handling the matter on my own. Daniel also stopped returning my calls and emails after the sentencing and instead brushed me off to his legal assistant. After 3 years, I have finally completed all obligations relating to my DUI. During that time, I spent tens of hours away from work trying to navigate the process on my own (no support), and accrued thousands of dollars in debt that could have been avoided if I had been properly represented. In that amount of time, I spoke with other attorneys and members of the public who also have DUIs. All agree that my attorney did far less than what I could and should expect for a first-time offender who was barely over the legal limit. My punishment would have been no different if I represented myself and saved the money.
