If you are willing to work things out with your ex AND need a lawyer/mediator, do hire her but you might probably loose. Be cautious about that as well. DO NOT hire this lawyer for litigation, honestly. All she cares about is money and will set you up for failure. Messed me up in court, did not file appropriate court papers prior to hearing, met me 20 minutes before court to discuss what to say in court. During court, she messed up everything, the judge was fed up and SIGN OFF EVERYTHING THE OTHER PARTY ASKED!!!! When you do ask her to be more voical and fight on your behalf, she finds it offensive and filed court papers requesting withdrawal (saying in court documents I am difficult because I asked her to be more vocal). DO NOT HIRE PLEASE. THERE ARE MANY GOOD LAWYERS WITHIN NH. She may be good at mediation (I think) but not litigation. I was able to get another lawyer to help me get out of the mess Elizabeth LLC created. Please seek other lawyers who will fight on your behalf and not make you loose your case upon signing her long obligated contract(s). She is not worth your money.

Garon Law PLLC Introduce

Welcome to Lawyers Near Me, your online platform dedicated to connecting you with legal professionals in your local area. If you are a resident of Manchester, New Hampshire, and require legal services, Garon Law PLLC is a firm located at 37 Salmon St, Manchester, NH 03104, USA, that you might consider. They can be reached by phone at (603) 413-6647 or via their mobile number +1 603-413-6647.

The office of Garon Law PLLC is situated on Salmon Street in Manchester. While specific details about the environment of the office are not available from the provided information, it is typical for law firms to maintain a professional and confidential setting for client consultations and legal work. This would generally include private meeting rooms, offices for attorneys and staff, and administrative areas to support the firm's operations. The aim is to create a space where clients feel comfortable discussing sensitive legal matters and where focused legal work can be conducted effectively.

The available information includes two client reviews that offer insights into the experiences of individuals who have engaged the services of Garon Law PLLC. It is important to note that these reviews present differing perspectives and should be considered as individual accounts rather than a comprehensive evaluation of the firm's overall performance.

The first review suggests that if a client is willing to work things out with their ex and requires a lawyer or mediator, Garon Law PLLC, specifically referring to a female attorney (presumably Elizabeth Garon), might be a suitable choice. However, this reviewer also cautions that the client might "probably loose" and advises being cautious. This implies a potential perceived bias or outcome in certain types of cases.

The second review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the legal services provided by Garon Law PLLC, explicitly advising against hiring this lawyer for litigation. The reviewer alleges that the attorney is primarily concerned with fees and sets the client up for failure. Specific grievances include the failure to file appropriate court papers before a hearing, a brief meeting with the client just 20 minutes before a court appearance to discuss what to say, and alleged mistakes made during the court proceedings that resulted in the judge ruling entirely in favor of the opposing party. This reviewer further claims that when they requested the attorney to be more vocal and fight on their behalf, the attorney found it offensive and subsequently filed court papers seeking withdrawal, citing the client as "difficult" for making this request. The reviewer strongly urges others not to hire this lawyer for litigation, suggesting that there are many better lawyers in New Hampshire. They also mention having to hire another lawyer to rectify the situation they attribute to "Elizabeth LLC" (presumably referring to Elizabeth Garon's practice). This reviewer advises others to seek lawyers who will actively fight for their interests and warns against the firm's "long obligated contract(s)," stating that the services are not worth the money.

Based on these reviews, it appears that Garon Law PLLC may offer services in areas such as mediation and litigation, particularly in family law matters, given the context of the reviews discussing divorce and court proceedings. However, the starkly negative review concerning litigation raises serious concerns about the firm's approach to contested legal matters, including preparation for court, in-court representation, and client communication. The positive yet cautious review regarding mediation suggests a potential strength in facilitating agreements outside of court, but the warning about potentially losing even in such scenarios warrants careful consideration.

Features of Garon Law PLLC, as perceived through these reviews, could include the availability of mediation services and representation in litigation. However, the contrasting experiences highlight the importance of understanding the firm's approach to different types of legal matters and ensuring clear communication and a strong attorney-client relationship. The negative review points to potential issues with preparedness, advocacy in court, and client relations, while the more positive review suggests a capacity for facilitating agreements but with a caveat about potential outcomes.

As no specific promotional information is provided, we cannot outline any marketing strategies or unique selling points of Garon Law PLLC. Their presence on Lawyers Near Me serves as a way for local users to find their contact information and potentially engage their services. However, the strong warnings in one of the reviews should prompt potential clients to exercise significant caution and conduct thorough due diligence.

For local users in Manchester seeking legal assistance and considering Garon Law PLLC, it is crucial to carefully evaluate the available feedback. The negative review, in particular, raises serious red flags regarding litigation services. If your legal matter involves potential court proceedings, it would be prudent to thoroughly discuss the firm's litigation strategy, preparation process, and communication practices during an initial consultation. It might also be advisable to seek second opinions from other lawyers in the Manchester area before making a decision.

The positive, albeit cautious, review regarding mediation suggests that for individuals seeking to resolve disputes outside of court through negotiation, Garon Law PLLC might be an option to explore further. If your case is suitable for mediation, you should inquire about the attorney's experience and approach to this process, as well as the potential costs and the likelihood of achieving a favorable outcome.

In conclusion, Garon Law PLLC, located on Salmon Street in Manchester, NH, has received client feedback that presents a mixed picture. While one review suggests potential suitability for mediation with a note of caution, another strongly advises against hiring the firm for litigation due to alleged issues with representation, court preparedness, and client relations. Local users on Lawyers Near Me should carefully consider these reviews, conduct thorough research, and ask detailed questions during any initial consultation to determine if Garon Law PLLC is the right fit for their specific legal needs. Given the serious allegations in one of the reviews, it would be wise to exercise caution and potentially explore alternative legal representation in Manchester.
